Selecting a personal trainer/arranging your sessions

11.     Can I pick any trainer?

Yes, you can pick any Personal Trainer you would like to have sessions with. You can browse your site’s PT profiles online at nuffieldhealth.com/PT by searching for your local site in the search box at the top of the page and selecting your site from the list. Your availability and preference for the date and time of your training sessions will need to be co-ordinated with the given Personal Trainer. If diaries can’t align to a mutually convenient time, the Personal Trainer and Fitness Manger will organise an appropriate alternative trainer for you.

12.     What is the difference between a Personal Trainer and Senior Personal Trainer?

Our industry-accredited, friendly Personal Trainers are experienced in delivering engaging one-to-one and partner sessions tailored to your abilities and goals. Our trainers offer a range of packages to suit your budget and needs.

Our Personal Trainers are ideal for beginners and getting started with your journey and are qualified to train you to high industry standards. They are skilled in planning bespoke programmes, experienced in delivering engaging sessions, and able to educate you in health and wellbeing.

Our Senior Personal Trainers are a great choice for more specific fitness and wellbeing needs. They are experts in mobility issues, qualified in movement screening, trained to address weakness or tightness in the body, and experienced in delivering advanced programming to suit all goals.

Please note that Senior Personal Trainers are not available in every Nuffield Health fitness and wellbeing centre.

23.     When do my training sessions expire?

You have 90 days to use the sessions you have purchased. If you have any specific requirements speak to your Personal Trainer. The 90 days is from the date that the package was purchased.
