This free virtual event will give you the opportunity to hear a online presentation by Mr Ben Claxton, Physiotherapy Manager here at Woking Hospital, who will discuss how best to prepare for participating in winter sports and avoid injuries. The talk will be followed by an informal Q&A session where you can ask any questions you may have and get expert advice how to prevent winter sports injuries.
