Over the past 5 years I have gone from a “non-gym user” to a regular gym user, an Obstacle Course Racing athlete and Marathon runner. Alex will apply behavioural, motivational, and exercise strategies to healthy individuals and those with medically controlled diseases in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. He will dedicate himself to each session in order to tailor to the needs of my client as well as motivating them to leave their exercise comfort zone in order to achieve optimal results.

Hi, my name is Jon! I have worked in the fitness industry for nearly 6 years and after having gone through my own body transformation I quickly became motivated to help others achieve their goals! Over my years I have looked to expand my knowledge so as to help others achieve their goals, by setting myself new challenges to help get people where they want to be.  I believe that we are all capable of far more than we believe and with some guidance, a healthy injection of positive mental attitude (I have tonnes to spare don’t worry!) and commitment to your goals, we can help you become the version of you that you want to be.  

I am trained in kettlebells, TRX and boxing for fitness and like to adapt these to your needs alongside drawing from my own experiences which vary from, rugby and sprinting and general fat loss to training myself for long distance running. Whether you want to get leaner, stronger or just generally move more, from beginner to long time trainer, I look forward to hearing from you soon and helping you make the bonus strides you deserve!
