How can I help you improve your health?

Kirsty has been with Nuffield for nearly 3 years now as a Personal Trainer. She can help you with all aspects of training and fitness, whether that is weight loss, improving fitness and health, body confidence or gym confidence. She will tailor all sessions to you and make sure that they are not only challenging but fun as well.

How can I help you improve your health?

My name is Tara and I joined Nuffield Health as a member ten years ago and, like many people, I had no idea what training or exercise to do. I decided to have personal training and through my love of fitness I qualified as a level three Personal Trainer six years later.

My main focus is helping people reach their health goals through strength training. I love squats, deadlifts, teaching clients technique and helping them feel comfortable around the gym.

As Fitness Manager I aim to create an environment where my team are dedicated to helping the nation with their fitness and wellbeing.

I am a passionate cyclist and love teaching spin and many other group exercise classes.

Fitness has been a lifelong interest for Amanda.  She is passionate about producing tailor-made training programmes to meet individual needs that are motivational, rewarding and fun.  Her aim is to equip you with the skills, confidence and knowledge you need to reach your health and fitness goals.
