Sarah has always been passionate about health and fitness and believes everyone has a true potential, you just need direction and motivation to achieve it.  She can help you with weight management, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, core stability, speed and dietary advice.  Sarah also specialises in GP referral (medical conditions) and has a level 4 in falls prevention.
