How can I help you improve your health?

At 16 years old I started weightlifting and fell in love with fitness. Once I had discovered what worked for me I quickly developed a passion for helping others in the gym. During my 3 years in the fitness industry this enthusiasm has grown exponentially and I have always taken a science based approach in helping people break through plateaus. I am currently studying for a BSc in strength and conditioning. This degree allows me to implement evidence based methods with my clients in order to achieve their goals and ensure that the resulting health improvements are permanent.

Elizabeth is an extremely enthusiastic trainer who is very passionate about exercise. Her passion originates from her background in sports, especially football where she has played for the likes of Chelsea. She has a 1st class Degree in Sport Studies and has attained many fitness qualifications through her education.

Having recently gone on a weight loss journey herself and experienced it first-hand, she’s got a true understanding of the process and can relate to anyone wanting to achieve the same. Elizabeth is a great example of showing you that you can achieve what you thought you never could! After the amazing effects of exercise Elizabeth is now focusing on helping others start their journey, to help them not only reach their personal fitness goals but to help them gain confidence, feel positive, and relieve stress. I initially gained an interest in fitness during my teenage years, and this quickly developed into a passion. Since then, I have dedicated my time to understanding the most effective and efficient evidence-based methods to increase muscle mass, decrease body fat and improve overall health & fitness through training, nutrition, sleep and recovery.

Combining my passion for working out, love for helping people, and 7 years of personal gym experience, I hope to empower you to continually challenge yourself in a fun and sustainable way to reach your fitness goals, leaving you not only looking great but feeling great too!

How can I help you improve your health?

Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced trainee, I am highly motivated in my efforts to help you achieve your fitness goals. I aim to not only help train and motivate you, but pass on the technique and information to help you maintain and keep these results in the future. Whether you need training, nutritional help or simply motivation, I would be happy to help. I have BSc in sport science, MSc in sport coaching (athletic performance) and over 10 years experience in rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. This would enable me to treat and rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries and efficiently utilize injury prevention strategies.

How can I help you improve your health?

Through my years as a competitive boxer/boxing coach, I have learned that a little bit of intensity and some goal setting goes a long way. I understand the challenge fitness can be and, whilst I cant make it easy, I can make it happen. My aim is to create a positive and fun experience for clients, as well as using the best of my knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their goals and adopt fitness as a lifestyle rather than a daily task.
