How can I help you improve your health?
At 16 years old I started weightlifting and fell in love with fitness. Once I had discovered what worked for me I quickly developed a passion for helping others in the gym. During my 3 years in the fitness industry this enthusiasm has grown exponentially and I have always taken a science based approach in helping people break through plateaus. I am currently studying for a BSc in strength and conditioning. This degree allows me to implement evidence based methods with my clients in order to achieve their goals and ensure that the resulting health improvements are permanent.
