How can I help you improve your health?
I became involved in fitness after my running and cycling habits developed into triathlon and I learned how a solid base of strength and athletic movement skills supported my training and performance. I left a career in online marketing and became a Personal Trainer in 2015 and began my triathlon coaching journey at the same time.
Now I love coaching others and working on my own biomechanics through strength and conditioning and in my own training. I know that a good base of strength and general athleticism is key to training and competing injury-free and maintaining good form when the going gets tough.
I am a mum to a primary-school-aged daughter so understand the challenges of trying to fit exercise around the many other demands on parents’ time. I’m also a specialist in pre- and post-natal exercise and have an interest in female hormones.
