I have always strived to keep as mobile as possible, having healthy joints results in comfortable movement patterns, making everyday life that little bit easier. My passion to see you progress towards your goals will keep you determined in your aspirations. I’ve helped many clients coming back from injuries and during those injuries to stay active and work on the best rehabilitation methods to get them back on track.

Since finishing my Bachelor of Science degree in Strength & Conditioning at Middlesex university, I’ve kept up the mentality of always gaining more knowledge to ensure all my clients to develop and advance in their desired area, whether it be mobility, weight loss or getting stronger and much more both physically and psychologically. I will design the most suitable and beneficial programme to work around your everyday life.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have been working within the fitness industry since 2017 having previously worked as a biology teacher in a secondary school. For as long as I can remember, the workings of the human body have always been of interest to me and as a result, nutrition has always been a passion of mine. I love to fuel my body optimally and love to share this knowledge with others. My love of learning is never ending and I am also currently carrying out a Master's in the Psychology of Health and Wellbeing.

Additionally, hormonal health is currently a huge interest of mine. The female body is incredibly complex in terms of hormones with different parts of the cycle affecting how and when to train optimally.

Personally, I love to swim and have a passion for body combat. However, I do hit the weights too and enjoy yoga and Pilates. My training of choice is entirely driven by my mood and energy levels.

As a trainer, I am fun, approachable and love to try new things. I will never push but strive to motivate through a genuine passion for wellbeing. I am qualified in Pilates and try to use this approach in all of my training.

Having been diagnosed with MS in 2014, I try to honour my body with good nutrition and balanced training. I always strive to push myself despite my difficulties, however I will admit it is hard to find the motivation sometimes.

I love to exercise and I know that exercise will make me feel better both mentally and physically. The key is balance

How can I help you improve your health?

I have been working in the fitness industry since 2016 and during this time I have come across many different people from all walks of life and all fitness abilities so I can use what I have learnt along the way to benefit you.

I like to take a holistic approach to fitness, my clients mental wellbeing is just as important to me as their physical health. Good nutrition, prioritising rest and recovery when you need it, and work outs that fit in with your daily routine will all be part of your training to not only get you the results you desire but also make sure it's sustainable.

My passion is strength training because I love watching my clients grow in confidence as they get stronger in the gym, which then filters through into their everyday lives, but I understand not everyone wishes to train this way and will seek to find a style that is both challenging and enjoyable for you.

As a working mother of two I understand that family pressures and time constraints can sometimes prevent us from getting to where we want to be but I will work around your schedule to ensure you stay consistent.

Physical exercise has been a passion of mine from an early age, through my own experiences and from training others I have learned the correct methods to achieve various goals.

Personal training comes as second nature to me simply because i treat your goals and aims as if they were mine!

I'm also a Rehabilitation Specialist for our Joint Pain Programme, where my aim is to manage, care and improve joint pain within a holistic framework.

Health, fitness & wellbeing has been a massive part of my life for over 15 years.

I train myself 6 days a week with my bespoke training plan for my personal goals and I dedicate myself to achieving the best I can every time I enter the gym.

My focus when I'm personal training my clients is not only on physical changes but also positive mental changes to reach the goals they have set themselves both inside and outside of the gym, I believe a healthy body and a positive mental outlook are not achievable without one another.
