I have always strived to keep as mobile as possible, having healthy joints results in comfortable movement patterns, making everyday life that little bit easier. My passion to see you progress towards your goals will keep you determined in your aspirations. I’ve helped many clients coming back from injuries and during those injuries to stay active and work on the best rehabilitation methods to get them back on track.
Since finishing my Bachelor of Science degree in Strength & Conditioning at Middlesex university, I’ve kept up the mentality of always gaining more knowledge to ensure all my clients to develop and advance in their desired area, whether it be mobility, weight loss or getting stronger and much more both physically and psychologically. I will design the most suitable and beneficial programme to work around your everyday life.
