From business professional to full time Mum, to moving into the fitness industry, I can help you work around your existing commitments to create a program that fits into you lifestyle and gets results. Running is my first love and I have completed 7 marathons and multiple half’s in the last few of years, securing Good for Age places in the London Marathon in both 2018 and 2019.

Sam prides himself on taking clients goals and aims and making them his own. He supports all clients every step of the way not only with the personal training sessions but with nutritional guides, supplement advice and regular contact both in person and via texting, emailing and social media. Every client Sam takes on will have a goal and a time frame, he expects to give that client the results they are looking for in the most enjoyable, fun and professional way possible. The areas Sam specialises in most would be Total body transformations, Muscle sculpting / Weight loss / Body conditioning, Nutritional advice and guidance and Rehabilitation of general and sports injuries.

I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 7 years and my knowledge of the human body and health and fitness is extensive. As an athlete myself, I’ve learned a lot from experience, bringing myself to compete in the Ironman World Championship. My aim is to inspire and achieve goals, train people of all levels, using tailored made programmes, incorporating timing and the strengths and weakness of each individual. I’m here to assist you and help improve your health and wellbeing whilst making it fun and enjoyable at the same time.

Rachel comes from a rowing background and has always been in to fitness and staying healthy.  She has a passion for most aspects of fitness but especially likes weight training and helping women to feel less intimidated and more comfortable training with weights. Rachel has a very personable approach and builds great rapport with her clients.
