How can I help you improve your health?

The gym has always been a way for me to relax and relieve stress. Fitness has been part of my life for several years. I have had experience coaching individuals to reach different goals, such as hypertrophy, bodybuilding, fat loss and power building, with training styles such as weightlifting and CrossFit and many more. Also, having the opportunity to work for Harlequins RFC and train a karate GB athlete has helped me implement new training styles and programs specific to an individual's sporting goals or lifestyle. 

Will it be easy? No. Will it be worth it? Definitely.

Like all boys, I was very interested in Sport at beginning of my childhood. As a teenager I carried on with this passion until I was in my 20s and then I stopped as life got busier (which was my first mistake). It doesn't matter how busy you are, always have time to look after yourself, which is why I came back to where I belong, the Gym floor, to help you achieve your goals.

I am here to help you on your journey and together complete your goal and success. Exercise is not just for physical health but mental health as well. Doesn't matter how younger or older you are, any step forward you take is already a great achievement. My last challenge was cycling from Guildford-UK to Amsterdam in Holland and yes, I did it. So, all dreams can be fulfilled.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have been involved in the fitness industry for the past 13 years. After several years of being sat at a desk for work I noticed that my body was beginning to tighten up and as a result, I experienced pain and reduced mobility.

I was forced to find a solution, which led me to the functional training and rehab I focus on today. I focus on the fundamentals of movement that we as humans naturally exhibit. I use a number of techniques to create muscle balance in the body, all of which reduce pain and create more efficient movement.

I aim to educate my clients on all aspects of health, fitness, nutrition and overall wellbeing. The goal is for my clients to have the tools to live a healthy and happy life.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have 13 years of experience and started out in the Army as a PTI designing fitness and strength programmes for over 100 soldiers. I spent 7 and a half years In the Army which took me all over the world including Tours of Iraq and Afghanistan.

I joined Nuffield Health in 2012 as a Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor. From here I’ve worked at multiple different Corporate Gyms across the business such as Vodafone and BAT. I have a real passion to improve the human mind, body and life of a client to make their goals become a reality.

My training style is high intensity and strength training. I believe hard work pays off! That said, I am highly versatile and easily adaptable to your needs.

I look forward to meeting you all in the gym and hopefully to training you soon.
