How can I help you improve your health?

I have been involved in the fitness industry for the past 13 years. After several years of being sat at a desk for work I noticed that my body was beginning to tighten up and as a result, I experienced pain and reduced mobility.

I was forced to find a solution, which led me to the functional training and rehab I focus on today. I focus on the fundamentals of movement that we as humans naturally exhibit. I use a number of techniques to create muscle balance in the body, all of which reduce pain and create more efficient movement.

I aim to educate my clients on all aspects of health, fitness, nutrition and overall wellbeing. The goal is for my clients to have the tools to live a healthy and happy life.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have 13 years of experience and started out in the Army as a PTI designing fitness and strength programmes for over 100 soldiers. I spent 7 and a half years In the Army which took me all over the world including Tours of Iraq and Afghanistan.

I joined Nuffield Health in 2012 as a Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor. From here I’ve worked at multiple different Corporate Gyms across the business such as Vodafone and BAT. I have a real passion to improve the human mind, body and life of a client to make their goals become a reality.

My training style is high intensity and strength training. I believe hard work pays off! That said, I am highly versatile and easily adaptable to your needs.

I look forward to meeting you all in the gym and hopefully to training you soon.

How can I help you improve your health?

Over the years I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in sport, exercise and fitness. I have studied sport from college to university gaining a strong scientific background. This allowed me to understand sport from many approaches ranging from anatomy, biomechanics, psychology, physiology and strength and conditioning.

Exercise and fitness not only taught me the importance of improving yourself physically and mentally, but can also enhance yourself to improve your overall wellbeing to put yourself in a better state of mind and achieve the upmost potential and making the necessary lifestyle changes. This is something that I have demonstrated myself, and I want you to be fulfilled not only in your fitness journey and achieving fitness goals, but also making sure that you are the best person you can be and that you can achieve better.

I’m a certified personal trainer passionate about helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and overcome their physical limitations. I specialise in healthy weight loss, using a combination of strength exercise and nutritional advice and also in functional, hypotrophy and strength training.

My approach to training is taking into account my client's unique needs, medical history, and fitness level. I use a combination of strength training, mobility exercises, and corrective movements to improve posture and increase range of motion helping in everyday life. I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your goals providing personalised training programs tailored to your specific needs and will work with you every step of the way to ensure you reach your full potential. I’m a firm believer in the power of exercise to improve both physical and mental health, and I’m committed to helping my clients feel their best, both inside and out.

I’m almost 50 years old and I’m a passionate skier and snowboarder, being a ski instructor also gives me a unique opportunity to train people in preparation for the winter season.   • I’m experienced in training those with joint pain issues, recovering from injury and living with chronic health conditions.
  • I’ve been working in the industry since 2017 and I’m well-versed in helping individuals discover the exercises that work for them.
  • I’ve maintained my education in the fitness industry throughout. As well as being level three PT qualified I’m also level 3 GP referral qualified.
  • Additionally trained in movement screening patterns, Nuffield's own recovery plus training plus training for the application of Neurofit which covers the principles of S&C coaching. Neurofit is prescribed exercise for those with neurological conditions such as MS.
