I’ve been in and around the industry for almost 30 years now and have helped lots of people like you achieve their fitness goals, mainly through strength training. I want you to discover the benefits of strength training that have helped me become the person I am today.

I’m driven by a passion to help you succeed and I genuinely care. I’m here to guide you every step of the way. For me, Personal Training is more than just a training program. I want to help you create lasting changes to your life. I want to help show you the methods to achieve your success because I know that it’s possible.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have always had a passion for health and fitness, starting from competing in netball from a young age to studying Sport and Exercise Science at university and achieving my personal training qualification. I continue to learn and expand my knowledge of the science of training and nutrition every day.

I have been developing my own training in the gym over the past 2 years in order to work together with you to help you meet your goals and improve your health and fitness through training and lifestyle. Specialising mostly in strength training for muscle growth and functional fitness.

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years and during this time I have developed a great knowledge and understanding of what it takes to provide the best support for all my clients. My main background is martial arts and boxing.

Fitness and Wellbeing Personal Trainer

How can I help you improve your health?

I am a passionate and highly qualified personal trainer and I can support you to become fitter, stronger and help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

During my time in the fitness and wellbeing industry, I also qualified in Pilates, spinning, Zumba, Reebok Step, boxercise and kickboxing. My enthusiasm to learn more about health and wellbeing pushed me to become a qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I recognise the essential benefits of participating in Pilates, receiving regular sports massage and looking after our bodies. It is essential to look at postural assessments to ensure injuries are prevented.

I have worked with clients requiring cardiac rehabilitation, GP referrals, clinical obesity and mental health recovery. I currently lead one of our COVID-19 rehabilitation programmes and I'm incredibly proud of how far all my participants have come throughout the programme with my support and guidance.

I am motivated to helping all individuals on their journey to improve their mindset, happiness and overall fitness and wellbeing.

Tanya Robson

How can I help you improve your health?

I am relatively new to my career, which means I have a lot of enthusiasm and passion to give. I want to provide the best possible support to all my clients, with individual plans and goals, as each person is on their own journey. I aim to have open conversations with all clients about their needs, to enable them to reach their goals in a safe and controlled way.

I am energetic, having competed in flyball for six years with my border collie, attending national competitions and championships across the country. However, my main passion is running, and I have completed the great north run for the last three years. I took up the sport after having my children, but once they grew up, I decided to take it further and pursue my career in fitness.
