Choosing a personal trainer is a big decision, so let me tell you how I can help you.

I am a father and a semi-professional rugby player so staying strong and healthy is a top priority for me. I am driven by this passion, my commitment and my knowledge for health and fitness. This is the reason I decided to become a personal trainer.

I specialise in strength and body conditioning, this will involve improving your joint mobility, body strength, body composition and also improving your level of fitness.

So if you are serious about training and hitting goals, let me help younot only get into the best shape of your life but also help you make long term lifestyle changes that you can commit to whilst still enjoying the things you like to do.

It is all about balance and consistency.

How can i help you improve your health?

Fitness has always been a big part of my life and I love what I do. I started out at a young age playing a range of sports including rugby, squash & tennis. Staying strong and fit is essential when competing in any sport.

Whatever your personal goals are I can help you achieve those goals. Whether it's Weight loss, Toning, Strength training, Sports specific or Nutritional advice.

I have coached clients to success in all aspects of fitness. One thing I find is that people get really motivated at the start then after a few weeks they get bored and it fizzles out. The gym should be fun and I make my sessions as fun and interesting as possible. That doesn't mean they are easy.

I have a passion for health and fitness, my fitness journey was inspired by being a member at a Nuffield Health Gym in Glasgow. I have a strong background in working with clients in a one to one setting as well as specialising in cycle training, being an active studio cycle instructor as well.
