Hi, my name is Dale. If you have any questions about exercise &/or your personal training, feel free to come & speak to me.
I’ve been training myself in the gym for over 3 years now, with a sport and exercise background extending far beyond that. Nobody likes to have their time (or money) wasted, especially when it involves hard work & dedication like health and fitness. I’ve experienced this myself over the years and, with what I’ve built up, I would like to prevent the same from happening to you. I’m always learning, always pushing myself and always testing my own knowledge to ensure I can deliver It to others effectively.

understand that the gym can be an intimidating place. I understand that there
is no such
thing as a “one size fits all” approach. I understand that some of us struggle
weight whilst some of us struggle to put it on. I’ve had the pleasure of
training (and training with) many different people of varying shapes and sizes over the
years. Exercise and science has always been a passion of mine and I hope that you’ll allow
chance to pass some of this knowledge onto you.
