Choosing a personal trainer is a big decision, so let me tell you how I can help you.

I am a father and a semi-professional rugby player so staying strong and healthy is a top priority for me. I am driven by this passion, my commitment and my knowledge for health and fitness. This is the reason I decided to become a personal trainer.

I specialise in strength and body conditioning, this will involve improving your joint mobility, body strength, body composition and also improving your level of fitness.

So if you are serious about training and hitting goals, let me help younot only get into the best shape of your life but also help you make long term lifestyle changes that you can commit to whilst still enjoying the things you like to do.

It is all about balance and consistency.

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years and during this time I have developed a great knowledge and understanding of what it takes to provide the best support for all my clients. My main background is martial arts and boxing.

How can i help you improve your health?

I believe that fitness is accessible to everyone, and that training can be altered to suit any individual. My approach to training incorporates both cardiovascular and weight training, and finding a good mix of both so that any client of mine receives an enjoyable but challenging session is something that I continuously strive to do.

My ideal client is someone who wants to feel stronger and look better, and through one on one personal training sessions with me I can guarantee that you will get the results that you want. Sessions are centered on your goal, and are timed to fit in with your schedule. Along with training I can also advise you on your nutrition to help you meet your goals.
