How can I help you improve your health?
I see each person as an individual who has their own habits, lifestyles, and goals that they are working towards achieving. We are not machines and we all have good days and bad. When it comes to fitness, health and wellbeing, most of the influencers come from outside the gym, and that is why I take a holistic approach. This will involve looking at each part of your life and the impacts this is having on your current and future fitness, health and wellbeing. So we will examine your diet, what and how and when and how much you eat, your work-life balance, particularly stress triggers in relation to training, general health and wellbeing.
In doing so we will be working together to identify your goals and motivators, as well as the possible barriers that you may need to overcome to reach them. That could be feeling intimidated in the gym, you may feel uncomfortable with your body image, you may have a demanding stressful job or need family time, but still want to push on to the next level.
To put it simply, I will support and coach you through the difficult times and celebrate your progress, each step forward is still progress.
