I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years, learning new techniques and practices. My background is full of sports activities that include tennis, boxing and semi-pro level football.

How can I help you improve your health?

I will work with you to develop progressive training with functional movements combining cardiovascular and resistance training. I aim to create fun and challenging client-specific training programmes to help you achieve your goals. I'm able to transfer my skills from the gym into the pool where I can help build strength and stamina along with any rehabilitation exercises for none weight-bearing exercises. I offer a very unique product as I can work with high and low-impact exercises both in the gym and in the pool, where I can work with clients who may be recovering from injuries.
