I graduated with a Dance Performance degree in 2015. I am very passionate about exercise benefiting your mental health, as much as the physical. Whether it is resistance training, exercise classes or you’re an avid treadmill user,  exercise can make such a difference to our health & well-being improving our quality of life in ever  aspect. These are my beliefs and values that I wish to bring to every client I work with.

Danilo is highly motivated and dedicated Personal Trainer, giving his best for his clients. With a BSc Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and currently completing a MSc in Applied Sport Nutrition, Danilo can provide you with extra value in your sessions, increasing the focus on your complete lifestyle rather than just you performing an exercise. With both the scientific knowledge and his positive attitude, Danilo's motto is 'Let's become stronger together!'.

Terry has a wide range of clients; working with strength based movements to HIIT training to Muay Thai boxing. Terry can give you another insight to a healthy and active lifestyle. Terry aims to help you understand your body's potential to draw out the best results. With Terry, you are guaranteed sessions that will test you and allow you to achieve your individual goals.

Terry has a lot of experience and expertise with his clients focusing on; Muay Thai boxing, Power and Olympic Lifting, Strength and Conditioning, Metabolic Conditioning, Weight Loss, HIIT Training and Nutritional Guidance.
