Ever since I transformed my body and lost over 40kg, I've wanted to help other people do the same. What it did for my confidence and overall quality of life inspired me to become a Personal Trainer so I can help others achieve this feeling too. I specialise in fast and effective weight loss (especially for individuals who have struggled with weight their whole life) whilst also making sessions as fun and engaging as possible. I have been training in Mixed Martial Arts for the last 3 years and incorporate Kickboxing/Boxing Padwork as part of my sessions, so you'll be learning a new skill as you get in shape!

I know that many people have barriers to physical activity and my methods of training can be adapted and supportive to all.
