Having always had devotion for fitness in general, my career started off with football since early years and reaching a very decent level.
As a very active kid, I could spend hours playing, having fun and competing. Later on I decided to take fitness more seriously and get well formed, I spent 6 years at university understanding more in depth the science and benefits behind physical activity. My goal, to make it my way of life.
My methods of training are simple but effective. Along with some nutritional healthy tips and from weight loss/gain, hypertrophy/strength improvement, toning, sport conditioning or injury rehab through mobility and strengthening exercises, I will work along with you in a fun and dynamic environment to help you reach your goal in a considered time frame.
To say that your goal is my goal, so working on your confidence, we will both reach that point you thought it was unreachable and see your body change.
