My passion for fitness began when I discovered running at the age of 14 and realising how physically and mentally beneficial leading an active life is. After years of training specific running and strength programs and watching myself progress, I wanted to branch out and explore other avenues of fitness. I have run classes around circuit training, high energy workouts and Abs and my expertise is now in HIIT training, weight loss, resistance training, toning and running.

I truly believe fitness should be regarded as the main component in leading a happy, healthy lifestyle. A personal training programme with me will be challenging, entertaining and bespoke to meet your specific goals.
