My background prior to Personal Training is in rugby, having competed at a professional and national level. This has helped me to develop an in depth understanding of Olympic Lifting, Strength & Conditioning and programming for Athletic Performance. These skills are relevant and applicable to all forms of sport and sporting abilities, allowing me to help you get back up and running post-injury, or working together to find the best way to use exercise to push you to the next level!
I also specialise in joint health and injury prevention,
with a particular focus on knees due to my own injuries. Through exercise we
can work together to help alleviate any current pain, work towards preventing
future aches and pains, as well as programming exercise for general good
health, which in turn will improve your quality of life. Body transformations
[fat loss], bodybuilding, and boxercise are also a part of my programming, with
