How can i help you improve your health?

His knowledge of training has developed from years of experience playing professional rugby league. He studied sports development at Leeds University to further supplement his technical fitness knowledge. Understanding both the technicalities of nutrition and exercise, and being activity involved in various training programmes throughout his sporting career, has helped him to sucessfully support and guide his clients to where they want to be.

How can i help you improve your health?

She has always been active whether it was swimming, hiking, climbing, netball, but it wasn't until a few years ago when she started Cross Fit that she really caught the fitness bug. She had never done weightlifting before, used a Kettlebell, skipped or done a handstands since school. Now she is not sure how she lived without it. She has been a qualified CF-L1 trainer since 2014 and now a Level 3 Personal Trainer. she really want's to inspire people to get fit and be healthy like her coaches did when I started Cross Fit. Give her 12 weeks and there'll be no stopping you. She will get you fit, trim and you'll have energy to spare as a result.

How can i help you improve your health?

My passion for fitness began when I discovered running at the age of 14 and realising how physically and mentally beneficial leading an active life is. After years of training specific running and strength programs and watching myself progress, I wanted to branch out and explore other avenues of fitness. I have run classes around circuit training, high energy workouts and Abs and my expertise is now in HIIT training, weight loss, resistance training, toning and running.

I truly believe fitness should be regarded as the main component in leading a happy, healthy lifestyle. A personal training programme with me will be challenging, entertaining and bespoke to meet your specific goals. I bring my positivity and enthusiasm to every session and will work alongside you to make sure you get the results you want to achieve.
