How can i help you improve your health?

Having always had devotion for fitness in general, my career started off with football since early years and reaching a very decent level.

As a very active kid, I could spend hours playing, having fun and competing. Later on I decided to take fitness more seriously and get well formed, I spent 6 years at university understanding more in depth the science and benefits behind physical activity. My goal, to make it my way of life.

My methods of training are simple but effective. Along with some nutritional healthy tips and from weight loss/gain, hypertrophy/strength improvement, toning, sport conditioning or injury rehab through mobility and strengthening exercises, I will work along with you in a fun and dynamic environment to help you reach your goal in a considered time frame.

To say that your goal is my goal, so working on your confidence, we will both reach that point you thought it was unreachable and see your body change.

I started my health and fitness journey back in the days when I was 14 years old to lose a few pounds and condition my body while I was competing as a dancer. The better I felt the more I began to research and get involved in fitness.

With years of experimenting on myself, friends started asking me for advice to help them achieve their goals. Now, as a fully qualified personal trainer and still a dancer, I will guide you through becoming the best version of yourself, physically and mentally. Whether you need to work on your posture, flexibility and mobility, throwing some punches and kicks around, toning and getting that lean physique, I am here to help you achieve your goals and enjoy your workouts.

My passion for fitness began when I discovered running at the age of 14 and realising how physically and mentally beneficial leading an active life is. After years of training specific running and strength programs and watching myself progress, I wanted to branch out and explore other avenues of fitness. I have run classes around circuit training, high energy workouts and Abs and my expertise is now in HIIT training, weight loss, resistance training, toning and running.

I truly believe fitness should be regarded as the main component in leading a happy, healthy lifestyle. A personal training programme with me will be challenging, entertaining and bespoke to meet your specific goals. I bring my positivity and enthusiasm to every session and will work alongside you to make sure you get the results you want to achieve.
