I joined the fitness industry in 2014 after finding my passion in training. As a mother of 2, it wasn't easy to find the time, let alone the motivation to train. I spent months walking in and out of the gym, feeling daunted, out of place and not really knowing what to do. I found myself gravitating towards the treadmill, just because it was easier than anything else. When I eventually realised that others were concentrating on their own goals and weren’t watching me attempt to train, I managed to relax and focus on myself and what I was trying to achieve.
My aim is to help those that feel like I did; unsure of what to do whilst in the gym or how to train. I want to encourage and support people to find their motivators, set their goals and work hard to achieve them, all the while remembering that falling isn’t failure but refusing to get back up is.
As well as being a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I am also qualified in Senior Fitness, Weight Loss and Mental Health Awareness, therefore I consider all aspects of one's life to create a bespoke sustainable lifestyle plan, empowering them with the knowledge and skills required to achieve long term success and a healthier lifestyle.
