• One-day gym pass terms and conditions

  Only one free 1-day trial per person and for first time visitors only. Trial is for 1 day which will begin when the trial is redeemed. Valid between Friday 9 and Sunday 25 February 2024 only. To use this trial you must be 18 years or over. This trial is for one person only – additional guests will not be permitted. Photographic ID will be required upon attendance. No cash alternative is available. Facilities vary between centres. Nuffield Health reserves the right to refuse usage of the trial and facilities where appropriate or deemed necessary. Free trial not available at Crawley Fitness and Wellbeing centre. Guest members will not be able to book group exercise classes.   THE PROMOTION

  1. This free prize draw promotion (the “Promotion”) is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion.
  
  2. By entering the Promotion you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  
  3. Entry is free of charge and no purchase is necessary to enter. Prize winners may be asked to participate in the Promoter’s marketing and promotional activities.
  
  4. Promotion Period: The Promotion will be open from 00:01 GMT on Friday 9 February 2024 and will close at 23:59 GMT on Sunday 25 February 2024 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
  
  Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre Members:
  
  Participants who are, as at the date of entry into the Promotion, current members of a participating Nuffield Health-owned and managed Fitness and Wellbeing Centre (Nuffield Health F&W Centre) will be automatically entered into the Promotion by swiping their membership card on accessing their Nuffield Health F&W Centre during the Promotion Period (defined below) – entry is limited to one entry per member - see 5.a) below. If you wish to opt-out of automatic entry into the Promotion, please see section 6.b) below. Participating are 111 of Nuffield Health’s owned and managed Fitness and Wellbeing Centres listed at nuffieldhealth.com/gyms. This excludes Crawley Fitness and Wellbeing Centre and Nuffield Health’s Corporate Fitness and Wellbeing Centres.
  
  Non-Members:
  
  Participants who are not current members of a Nuffield Health F&W Centre can enter the Promotion by booking, on-line at nuffieldhealth.com/feel-fit, a free 1-day gym pass at a participating Nuffield Health F&W Centre for use within the Promotion Period – entry into the Promotion is effected by the Participant downloading the 1-day gym pass and redeeming that pass by accessing the Nuffield Health F&W Centre during the Promotion Period, is limited to one entry per non-member and for first-time visitors only. Non-Members must book and redeem a free 1-day pass at nuffieldhealth.com/feel-fit from Friday 9 February 2024 until Sunday 25 February 2024. Participating are 111 of Nuffield Health’s owned and managed Fitness and Wellbeing Centres listed at nuffieldhealth.com/gyms. This excludes Crawley Fitness and Wellbeing Centre and Nuffield Health’s Corporate Fitness and Wellbeing Centres.
  
  5. The Promotion is only open during the Promotion Period. Please do not enter outside of this Promotion Period. Any entries submitted and/or received outside of the Promotion Period dates and times will not be valid and will not be judged.
  
  a.) Members: any swipes registered outside of the Promotion Period will not count as a valid entry into the Promotion.
  
  b.) Non-Members: any free 1-day gym passes claimed via nuffieldhealth.com/feel-fit must be booked and redeemed for use within the Promotion Period. Any free day passes booked for a time that falls outside of the Promotion Period or not redeemed physically in the Nuffield Health F&W Centre during the Promotion Period will not count as a valid entry into the Promotion.
  
  

  HOW TO ENTER

  Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre Members:
  
  6.a) To enter the Promotion, Participants (who are current members of a participating Nuffield Health F&W Centre) must visit and swipe in at their local Nuffield Health F&W Centre using an active membership card on or between Friday 9 February 2024 and Sunday 25 February 2024.
  
  Limited to one entry per person and excludes Nuffield Health employees and those on a reduced membership rate as part of Nuffield Health employee benefits.
  
  6.b) Members who wish to opt-out of automatic entry into the Promotion but who have swiped into a Nuffield Health F&W Centre on any of the dates specified in 6b) above must email crmrequests@nuffieldhealth.com as soon as possible, giving their name and membership number. They will then be removed from the free prize draw.
  
  Non-Members:
  
  6.a) To enter the Promotion, Participants (who are not currently members of a Nuffield Health F&W Centre) are required to book and attend their local Nuffield Health F&W Centre using a free 1-day gym pass on or between Friday 9 February 2024 and Sunday 25 February 2024.
  
  (Limited to one day pass and entry per person.)
  
  

  WINNER SELECTION PROCESS

  7. Winners will be chosen at random from all Participants provided that the winning Participants are fully compliant in all respects with these Promotion terms and conditions. Winner selection will be made at the Promoter’s head office at Epsom Gateway by Friday 1st March 2024.
  
  

  WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS

  8. Winners will be contacted via email as the primary form of contact and via telephone as a secondary form of contact by Nuffield Health within 7 days of being selected. The Promoter will notify the winners within 7 days of selection (no later than Friday 8th March 2024) and liaise with them directly as to how, when and where their prize can be claimed and delivered.
  
  9. In the event that the winner has not responded within 14 days of the date of notification then the winner forfeits the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another Participant selected in the same manner.
  
  The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. No cash alternative is available.
  
  

  PRIZES

  Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre Members:
  
  10.a) There will be one winning Member of a Nuffield Health F&W Centre selected overall, who will win the below prize:
  
  • The rest of the year (2024) free membership at their existing participating Nuffield Health F&W Centre.*
  
  *Upon the winner confirming their prize, the complementary membership will be awarded from the start of the next calendar month or from such other date as the Promoter may determine. The complementary membership is a standard, solo membership and does not include linked members. If the Member has an active direct debit, this will need to be cancelled by the Member and the rest of the year (2024) free membership will be awarded from the next calendar month or from such other date as the Promoter may determine.
  
  10.b) There will be one runner up Member of a Nuffield Health F&W Centre selected overall, who will win the below prize:
  
  • A 5 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions at their existing participating Nuffield Health F&W Centre.*
  
  *Upon the winner confirming their prize, the complementary Personal Training session will be awarded from the start of the next calendar month or from such other date as the Promoter may determine. The complementary personal training sessions are as standard one hour in length.
  
  Non-Members:
  
  10.c) There will be one winning Non-Member selected overall, who will win the below prize:
  
  • Three months free membership at their local participating Nuffield Health F&W Centre.*
  
  *Upon the winner confirming their prize, the complementary membership will be awarded from the start of the next calendar month or from such other date as the Promoter may determine. The complementary membership is a standard, solo membership and does not include linked members. Where a Non-Member who was selected as the winner of the main prize has become an active Member of a Nuffield Health F&W Centre between the start date of the Promotional Period (Friday 9 February 2024) and the date of the winners being contacted by the Promoter (no later than Friday 8 March 2024), the three months free membership will be awarded from the next calendar month or from such other date as the Promoter may determine.
  
  

  INFORMATION ON HOW YOUR DATA WILL BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE FREE PRIZE DRAW

  Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre Members:
  
  11.a) Your membership number, full name, date you swiped into your local Nuffield Health F&W centre, telephone number and email address will be collected in order to enter you into the Promotion and to contact you in the event you are a winner. If you wish to opt-out of automatic entry into the Promotion but you are a member who has swiped into your local Nuffield Health F&W Centre on any of the dates specified in 6b) above, you must email crmrequests@nuffieldhealth.com as soon as possible, giving your name and membership number, you will then be removed from the Promotion.
  
  Non-Members:
  
  11.b) Your full name, email address, telephone number and the date you redeemed your free day pass will be collected in order to enter you into the Promotion and to contact you in the event you are a winner. By booking and redeeming a free day pass through this web page nuffieldhealth.com/feel-fit you agree to enter the Promotion.

  USE OF ENTRY

  12. By entering the Promotion all Participants permit the Promotor to use, copy or publish the material and information provided by each Participant as part of their entry.
  
  

  GENERAL

  13. Entries for the Promotion may be rejected by the Promoter at its discretion on any grounds and without providing reasons.
  
  14. Participants found to be using multiple entries will be disqualified.
  
  15. By entering the Promotion, Participants agree to assign all rights (including, but not limited to, copyright and other intellectual property rights) in their entry without fee, royalty or other charge to the Promoter so the Promoter can use indefinitely for whatever purpose the Promoter wishes.
  
  16. The prizes carry no cash value or cash alternative, are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
  
  17. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and condition or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered, or attempted to interfere, with the fair running of the Promotion.
  
  18. The Promoter has the right, where necessary and at its discretion, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, within limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of any Participant.
  
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and/or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to Participants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  
  20. Entries must be made by Participants personally and must not be made through agents or third parties or, except as envisaged by these terms and conditions, through any automated process or means. Proof of identity may be requested.
  
  21. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
  22. The names and nearest city/town of residence of the winners will be available by sending a pre-stamped self-addressed envelope to Marketing Team - Fitness & Wellbeing (Feel Fit in February Promotion), Nuffield Health, Epsom Gateway, Ashley Avenue, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5AL.
  
  23. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name and nearest city/town of residence of the winner and the winning entry. The winner may be required to participate in the Promoter’s marketing and promotional activities and, by entering the Promotion, consents to such participation.
  
  24. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion, including contacting a Participant in the event they are a winner, but not for any other purpose, unless we have the Participant’s explicit consent. The Promoter may disclose the Participant’s personal data to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with Participants.   25. By entering the Promotion, the Participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any actions, claims, demands, proceedings, costs, expenses, injuries, liabilities, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or as otherwise as prohibited by law). Where a prize includes membership of or access to a Nuffield Health F&W Centre, the winner agrees to be bound by the Promoter’s terms and conditions for use governing their local Nuffield Health F&W Centre including the Nuffield Health Membership Terms & Conditions and the local Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centre’s terms of use.
  
  26. This Promotion is governed by the law of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
