About
Miss Vishalli Ghai is a Consultant Gynaecologist, specialising in Advanced Laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery. She treats a range of conditions including menopause, chronic pelvic pain, heavy painful periods, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, fibroids, PMS/PMDD, abnormal smears and vulval disorders.
Miss Ghai graduated from Barts and the London in 2009 and has worked in various hospitals in South London where she successfully completed her Obstetrics and Gynaecology training. She undertook a three-year fellowship in Advanced Minimal Access Surgery specialising in Complex Benign Gynaecology including Endometriosis. Miss Ghai is also competent in outpatient hysteroscopy, gynaecological ultrasound and colposcopy.
Miss Ghai has published extensively in minimally invasive techniques, endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain. Miss Ghai has presented at national and international gynaecological conferences. She has been awarded prizes for her research and continues to publish her articles in well-recognised medical journals.
Miss Ghai is a strong advocate of combining her holistic approach to patient care with research evidence to achieve the best outcomes for her patients.
Miss Ghai is Colposcopy Lead, Core member of the Gynae oncology MDT and Endometriosis Consultant at a recognised tertiary centre; Epsom and St Helier’s University Hospital, where she holds a substantive Consultant post.

Miss Ghai is completing her MD and her thesis focuses on standardising outcome reporting and improving outcomes including quality of life for women with chronic pelvic pain.
She has published over 18 peer-reviewed articles in areas including minimally invasive techniques, endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain.
Miss Ghai has presented her work at international and national congresses and awarded prizes from the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy and American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
