Professional background

Dr Reed graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2009 and also holds a degree in Biomedical Science. He completed specialist training in Rheumatology and General Internal Medicine in the West of Scotland.

He has been a Consultant Rheumatologist at Gartnavel General Hospital since 2019 and has worked at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital since 2021.

Teaching and research

Dr Reed is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow and is actively involved in the teaching and training of medical students and healthcare professionals.
