We offer 7 PATH packages, giving you the freedom to choose between a variety of health assessments all focussing on lifestyle and medical factors. You can personalise most packages by choosing specialist health modules, allowing you to focus on areas of health that matter most to you.

Our most in-depth assessment, suitable for males and females. If you want an in-depth focus on cardiovascular health, are concerned about heart, fitness, cancer, or are planning to improve future health.

Up to 180 minutes

If you are concerned about:
Heart health, personal fitness, risk of future disease including cancer, improving future health

What it involves:
One hour with a Nuffield Health doctor, one hour with a Nuffield Health physiologist

Key tests:

Dynamic cardiovascular test measuring ECG & blood pressure using a Wattbike (If clinically appropriate)** or
Aerobic fitness test measuring submaximal VO2 using a Wattbike**
Measurement of physiological resilience to stressors
Full biochemistry profile including liver and kidney function
Analysis of metabolic risk syndrome
Personalised report delivered ten days after the assessment
