Having played competitive sport, been injured and experienced the highs and lows of life, I've found a holistic approach is the most sustainable. I leverage my Yoga and Pilates training, as well as my own experience of injury, joint pain and life to help you reach your goals and regain balance in your body, mind and life.

For me, what makes personal training so rewarding is by helping you in your fitness journey, I can see you growing in confidence and enjoying more of what life has to offer and/or reaching goals you thought not possible as you were not making any more progress, plateauing. My approach to training makes the most of your abilities for you to reach "realistic" objectives. My motto is "To be and to last," so I am an advocate for sustainable training, as you have to enjoy this never-ending fitness journey.

I am here to help you get the most out of life! From the movement you do, to the food you fuel your body will all make a huge impact. That’s where I’m here to support you: by understanding your lifestyle, goals, and what helps you tick to get you the best plan possible that works for you!

I’ll be your gym buddy if you need a laugh and a confidence boost, or that someone to make sure you give it that extra when you’re starting to loose motivation and struggling to get in those last few reps!

I also specialise working with those who have MSK injuries, specific pain/mobility issues, or even degenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s. Years of experience in this field means I will deliver considerate and proven exercises for effective re-training. My years of working in clinical settings mean I also bring a holistic approach, ensuring I get the best picture possible from each individual, to combine nutritional science, mechanical and functional re-training, and acupuncture for pain management for maximum support.

Hi, I’m Tina, and I am dedicated to helping people achieve their goals. I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach and help many people achieve their weight loss goals every week through sustainable fitness and wellbeing programmes.

Having trained for a few 10K runs and a 5K swim in the past, my goal is to train for and run another 10K. How about you? What are your goals? I would love to help.

• I have been with Nuffield Health since 2016 and work as a personal trainer and Rehabilitation Specialist for Long Covid and Joint Pain.
• I have a varied background in fitness from kickboxing and roller Derby.
• I believe exercise is vital to your overall wellbeing (physical and mental) and I’m all about happiness as the end goal, whether that be getting your body stronger and more resilient or just releasing some endorphins by getting a sweat on.
