I’m a qualified Wellbeing Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach with a vast knowledge of the fitness industry. Having studied Martial Arts for over 20 years, I have applied the knowledge I have gained to my training, competing as a Fitness Model and achieving 3rd place in the Pure Elite UK & World Championships. Let me share my knowledge with whatever your goals are.

My goal as a fitness & wellbeing manager:
“To ensure all members have a friendly and welcoming experience on every visit to our facilities and to maintain a clean, safe environment at all times through cleaning and maintaining the gym floor. My aim is to ensure members achieve their goals by overcoming objectives which may hinder their performance either by use of our wellbeing personal trainers or simply just by our expert advice.”

Hi, I’m Tina, I am dedicated to helping people achieve their goals. I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach.
I help many people achieve their weight loss goals through sessions held every week, for the NHS. Having trained for a few 10K runs and a 5K swim in the past, my goal is to train for and run another 10K. What is/are your goals? If you see me on the gym floor please come and say hello.

I am a qualified Wellbeing Personal Trainer with certificates from NASM/Premier Global. I have used lots of different training techniques for all my fitness goals and sports over the years and am excited to apply them to your training routine.
