My first love for sport and fitness came from when I was six years old running at my local athletics club. From being involved in sport from such a young age I know the level of commitment and determination it takes to achieve something you desire, therefore whatever your fitness goal may be - weight loss, strength gain or improvement to your fitness.

I decided to become a Personal Trainer having spent years being that person who desperately wanted to lose weight and feel good about myself. I've been on every diet under the sun, and my weight has fluctuated massively. Now, having emerged the other side and achieved my goals, I want to use my skills, experience and my own journey to help others.  

I want to be there for those who want to bring about positive change. I want to motivate, inspire and educate you about the benefits of training and leading a healthy lifestyle and I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.

From a young age sports has always been my ‘go to therapy‘ it has helped in so many other areas of life i.e. goal setting, self confidence, body confidence and general overall wellbeing. The rewards I receive from doing the job I love are endless. I thrive on seeing people achieve results that they never thought were possible through consistent hard work, determination and commitment.

I aspire to help individuals achieve their fitness goals, whether that is helping you achieve your first 5k, charity run, sports specific training or just general body confidence I cater to all training abilities and my passion is making fitness fun too all.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have always had a real passion for health and fitness. Once I started training I was immediately hooked, I constantly wanted to learn more and improve in any way I could! As I began learning I wanted to share my new found knowledge and growing experiences which naturally led me to helping my friends and family with their training too. With my help they quickly improved and saw fantastic results too. I then had a new found passion of educating and helping anyone I could in achieving their goals.

I have competed and coached competitively in a number of sports such as football, athletics and boxing, which means I have a great understanding of relating effective training to improving performance. Before I was a full time Personal Trainer I was in the British Army as a Physical Training Instructor, through this job role I had to keep my peers to an excellent physical standard. The skills, knowledge and experience I have from this role; I will be bringing to my new role and to my training approaches when needed.

Overall I truly care about helping as many people as I can through improving their overall health and fitness and I can’t wait to speak to you about how together we can achieve your goal. If you see me around the gym, please come say hello, your fitness journey could start from that hello!

How can I help you improve your health?

Sport has been a major part of my life for many years. I currently represent Great Britain as a softball player and have done for 10+ years. Therefore, I fully understand the drive and commitment needed from an individual to reach their goals.  

Whether it be weight loss, strength, general fitness or a sport specific goal I will be there to motivate and guide you throughout. Train with me and together we will overcome any obstacles and achieve every goal.
