I have always had a real passion for health and fitness.
Once I started training I was immediately hooked, I constantly wanted to learn
more and improve in any way I could! As I began learning I wanted to share my
new found knowledge and growing experiences which naturally led me to helping
my friends and family with their training too. With my help they quickly
improved and saw fantastic results too. I then had a new found passion of
educating and helping anyone I could in achieving their goals.
I have competed
and coached competitively in a number of sports such as football, athletics and
boxing, which means I have a great understanding of relating effective training
to improving performance. Before I was a full time Personal Trainer I was in
the British Army as a Physical Training Instructor, through this job role I had
to keep my peers to an excellent physical standard. The skills, knowledge and
experience I have from this role; I will be bringing to my new role and to my
training approaches when needed.
