- I not only deliver knowledge of effective methods and breathing techniques, but I also assist with stretches before and after the session to improve elasticity, which helps not only growth in muscle but also the repair of muscles. Resulting in fewer aches overall.
- I pay really close attention to deciphering reasons as to why or whether you are affecting the primary secondary and core throughout each exercise.
- As a fully qualified and experienced PT, I have managed to engage and encourage my previous clients into not only attaining their desired goal objective but also incorporating a day-to-day workout basis.
