  • My prime objective is to implement, improve and sustain well, which in turn impacts the quality of life, sense of value, self-esteem and reassurance also longevity of health.
  • I not only deliver knowledge of effective methods and breathing techniques, but I also assist with stretches before and after the session to improve elasticity, which helps not only growth in muscle but also the repair of muscles. Resulting in fewer aches overall.
  • I pay really close attention to deciphering reasons as to why or whether you are affecting the primary secondary and core throughout each exercise.
  • As a fully qualified and experienced PT, I have managed to engage and encourage my previous clients into not only attaining their desired goal objective but also incorporating a day-to-day workout basis.
