I am a registered ABA female boxer and boxing coach therefore; I specialize in boxing and high intensity workout. I am currently developing myself to work with a wider population by adding GP referral to my already achieved qualifications and experience, aiding in developing a better life style for those with common medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity.
