My job is to create a personal plan to bring out the best version of you. I like to not only support my clients physically but mentally making sure I'm on hand to answer any questions in between sessions. My aim is to get you healthy, confident and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. Whether you want to gain muscle, lose weight or to get strong and lean I'm on hand. I keep track of all your stats to ensure we are always progressing! Sessions with me are challenging but fun and results are guaranteed if you're dedicated.

I use my professional dance training and knowledge of functional specific movements and mobility as well as many other techniques to create a well-rounded and fun regime. My mission is to improve everybody's quality of life by enhancing human performance through movement medicine thus creating mobile, strong, functional and pain free people.

As well as a devoted martial artist offering technical knowledge of striking, grappling and self defence strategy; I am a Corrective Exercise specialist and Chinese Medical Therapist (Tui Na sports massage, acupressure, cupping) treating a wide array of issues and imbalances within the body whilst coaching you to optimal functionality.

I provide solutions to physical and mental barriers encountered when trying to achieve health, fitness and well-being goals including strength, posture, mobility, prehabilitation/ rehabilitation and mental tenacity.

The exercise selection and course of treatment coupled with its delivery is very specific to each individual depending on one’s unique physiology and their psychology; thus enabling us to reap the maximum benefit when achieving your goals.

Competing in sports such as gymnastics and mixed martial arts since a young age gave me extensive insight into what the human body is capable of and what we can achieve with enough consistency and practice. Previously working as a fitness coordinator on multiple cruise ships, travelling the world and training people from every continent, has given me exceptional experience and knowledge for your benefit.

I also specialise in core strength and help correct spinal postures, especially helping people with rounded shoulders (hyperkyphosis).
