Your visitors at our Glasgow Hospital
Staying in hospital can be a very anxious and worrying time, therefore at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital we welcome you to have visitors throughout the day
Call us:
Visiting hours
We want to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. You are welcome to have visitors during your stay with us. We would however recommend you keep visiting to a maximum 2 visitors at a time to allow our teams to provide you with the best possible care.
Visiting times
Your visitors are welcome throughout the day starting from 9am - 9pm, but ask that you please respect physiotherapy treatment time to help with the patients recovery.
Other Information:
Free wifi is available to support video calling and instant messaging. The ward team can also provide the ward number if required on your admission. Up-to-date details on visiting arrangements can be found in our FAQs.
Visitor Meals
Your visitors are welcome to dine with you and can choose from our daily menu; orders will be taken by our hostess. These meals are chargeable and will be added to the patient's room account unless the visitor settles the account prior to leaving the hospital.
Car Parking
We have free car parking available in our hospital car park. This may be busy in peak times. If you are visiting at peak times there is also free street parking just outside the hospital ground.
Taxis
If your visitor requires a taxi our reception team will happily organise this.
Security
All visitors will be asked to sign in and in some cases may be given a security badge to wear whilst on the premises. If you are aware of any security risks please let a member of staff know.
