At Nuffield Health's Granta Park Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, our health and fitness experts are on hand to help you get the most out of your membership. On joining, we'll offer you a free Health MOT and personalised exercise plan to get you started on your health and wellbeing journey.
The Fitness & Wellbeing Centre also offers in-depth Health Assessments, private GP services and Emotional Wellbeing services. Nuffield Health's on-site experts, from Personal Trainers and Physiotherapists through to Fitness Instructors and Cognitive Behavioural Therapists can guide you and provide an outstanding level of service, whichever facilities you decide to use.

Granta Park is a Nuffield Health Partner gym. You will find the same great levels of service, help and advice that you would find in Nuffield Health's main gym network, with a few differences. Our Partner gyms operate with bespoke opening hours and you may find that the facilities here are different to other Nuffield Health gym locations.
