About
Dr Martin Sandler is a consultant physician with over 3 decades consulting experience who provides an holistic approach to the multifaceted and complex problems which affect adults, particularly older ones. He is a Fellow and Examiner for the Colleges of Physician and hold senior roles in the NHS.
He frequently acts as a further opinion often helping manage situations which organ specialists have found challenging. He has considerable experience in managing medical problems following or associated with surgical treatment including objective assessment of pre- and perioperative risk.
Dr Sandler has extensive specialist experience in managing stroke disease and TIAs ranging from the management of hyperacute stroke and TIA through the rehabilitative phase and post acute complications. He is expert in the use of botulinum for spasticity management.
