Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How can I help you improve your health?

larla, a Chartered Physiotherapist originally from Ireland completed his undergraduate degree in BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and subsequently an MSc in Physiotherapy.

larla found his passion working in sport and gained experience working within professional and amateur rugby including Springbok 7s, Western Province, Munster rugby and Leicester Tigers. Iarla has also worked within disciplines including rowing, golf, football, hockey and netball. He has experience in a variety of specialities with the NHS and found enjoyment in working closely with patient-specific goals in mind to get people where they wanted to be.

In his spare time, larla has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys rock climbing, hiking and surfing, and competes in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting.

How can I help you improve your health?

Jason qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1990, completing an MSc in 1995. He has lectured at Undergraduate and Masters level and has expertise in a wide variety of specialisms including Pain Management, Vestibular dysfunction; as well as in sports, having worked with the Royal Ballet, Professional Tennis players as well as Melrose and Kelso Rugby Clubs.

When he’s not at work, Jason can be found playing tennis, walking his two Wire Haired Hungarian Vizslas, running around after his two children or looking after the home B&B.
