How can I help you improve your health?
As a personal trainer, I love to see people meeting their desired goal within the gym. Watching my clients transform not only their body, but also their mindset and confidence is my main aim.
To achieve this, I like to individualise each of my training programmes, specifically suited to each client’s ability and end goal. It is important for all my clients to build a good foundation and be able to move well when exercising. From this, we can start to develop the client’s desired body or performance goal.
I make each
session for my client fun and engaging by trying to incorporate cardiovascular and
resistance machines combined with functional training, utilising the free
weights. This is to make sure my client is challenging their whole body and to keep
each session exciting!

- MSc Strength and Conditioning
- BA (Hons) Physical Education
- Level 3 Personal Training (CIMSPA Registered)
