How can I help you improve your health?

As a personal trainer, I love to see people meeting their desired goal within the gym. Watching my clients transform not only their body, but also their mindset and confidence is my main aim.

To achieve this, I like to individualise each of my training programmes, specifically suited to each client’s ability and end goal. It is important for all my clients to build a good foundation and be able to move well when exercising. From this, we can start to develop the client’s desired body or performance goal.

I make each session for my client fun and engaging by trying to incorporate cardiovascular and resistance machines combined with functional training, utilising the free weights. This is to make sure my client is challenging their whole body and to keep each session exciting!

As a personal trainer, I'm focused on simple principles of movement & nutrition which create the results you want. My experience means I understand quickly, how to adapt the training and nutritional behaviours for your ability that make it fun, interesting and always achievable.

I love focusing on the details within your exercise. This creates training sessions with the correct intensity and a consistent progression. The by-products of this are normally always fat loss, reduced pain, whole body strength and better energy.

It’s important for me to show you that your fitness doesn't need to be complicated. Our time together is for me to teach, build your belief, and inspire you to take complete charge of your health.

Leanne is extremely passionate about health and fitness and really believes in working with her clients in order to help them achieve their goals. 

Using a mixture of strength training, HIIT and core conditioning, no session is the same and Leanne constantly seeks to challenge and engage her clients, all whilst having lots of fun too! 

Leanne holds her clients at the heart of everything she does by using a goal-orientated approach. She loves nothing more than joining her clients on the journey to reach their goals.

I am driven by the belief that fitness should be fulfilling and empowering. Using fitness as an escape from my corporate job led me to shed 25kg, and now I'm dedicated to helping others experience the transformative power of exercise.

I tailor my plans so that we can make progressive change using small adjustments over time to get the results you’re looking for, whether that’s becoming fitter, losing fat, or gaining muscle.  

I thrive on working with those who haven't discovered their fitness passion yet. I’ve helped clients lose upwards of 15kg in as little as 12 weeks using weightlifting, steady state cardio and more intense interval training. 

I have a degree in Biology from Lancaster University and have maintained my love of science since, so I love when challenges come up with clients that encourage me to broaden my knowledge.

I love helping people improve their relationship with exercise & the way they feel about themselves, both mentally & physically.

After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in my early 20s that affected my joints, fitness became a huge part of improving my lifestyle.

The gym was the first thing that taught me discipline & showed me that being consistent resulted in massive physical & mental changes within myself.

I use my own reformed gym success to help clients build up confidence and faith that things can change, by helping them reach their desired goals, via individualised training programmes, motivation & support within and out of the gym, with my client’s goals & needs at the forefront of everything.

As a personal trainer I love encouraging people to feel good both physically and mentally after exercise, and I am truly passionate about transforming my clients' self-esteem and confidence.

After graduating from the University of Exeter in 2010, I have spent over a decade expanding my knowledge of health and fitness in order to better support my clients.
