I have a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science and I am working towards my MSc in Strength and Conditioning.

With my experience in strength and conditioning training and coaching I have been able to work with regional and national level young athletes as a strength & conditioning coach.

I am also experienced in developing and improving strength gains.  I increased my deadlift personal best from 190 kg to 230 kg in less than 12 weeks using my own self written program.  I look to promote strategies in optimizing muscular growth and strength gains.

So if you are experienced or have no experience lifting weights and are looking to improve/develop your lifting abilities, please feel free to get in touch or have a chat with me on the gym floor!

I’m an Olympic weightlifter (the sport that is – I’m not off to the Olympics just yet), ex-Cross Fitter and a performance nutrition coach. I’m also experienced in coaching weight loss (I lost 11kg myself at the beginning of this year!) and promoting strategies to optimize rest, recovery and mental wellbeing.

From a young age I have had a genuine desire to help others, so I decided to use my passion for health and fitness to feed that desire. I was able to delve deeper and build on my knowledge by studying sport and exercise science as a degree. The knowledge I developed has focused my interest in personal training.
