How can I help you improve your health?

I practiced martial arts and different sports, including competitive body building, for several years. In addition, I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and a Clinical Weight Loss Practitioner. I have been personal training clients for over 20 years.

This has allowed me to accumulate considerable knowledge and experience on anatomy, nutrition and training methodology for sports performance, injury rehab, body transformation (weight loss and lean muscle gain), mobility and more!

My working approach is simple: I like to partner with my clients to help them achieve their goals within the shortest possible time.

After leaving university, I began working in recruitment where I was able to help others find satisfaction in their own careers. This is where my love of helping people to achieve their dreams began.

I've always had a passion for health and fitness, so I decided to merge these two skills to enable others to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.

Working as a personal trainer is something that excites me every day as I love being part of my clients’ journeys and seeing them succeed.

Leanne is extremely passionate about health and fitness and really believes in working with her clients in order to help them achieve their goals. 

Using a mixture of strength training, HIIT and core conditioning, no session is the same and Leanne constantly seeks to challenge and engage her clients, all whilst having lots of fun too! 

Leanne holds her clients at the heart of everything she does by using a goal-orientated approach. She loves nothing more than joining her clients on the journey to reach their goals.

How can I help you improve your health?

I am motivated and driven by my clients' progress, effort and success. I love training myself – boxing mainly but also strength training. I like to deliver sessions that make you feel happy but also accomplished.

Each training session is tailored to your personal needs, goals and also is adapted to any injuries or elements you may have. I've worked with a range of age groups, from children to older people. I love to learn and I can never stop, I'm always trying to widen my knowledge to benefit myself and my clients.

One of my favourite things is having a client come in not too happy and changing their mood while pushing them to do the most they can – and better than they thought they could. Reaching goals and targets always puts a smile on my face!

As a personal trainer I love encouraging people to feel good both physically and mentally after exercise, and I am truly passionate about transforming my clients' self-esteem and confidence.

Each plan I create is tailored to my clients and their goals. Helping each individual person achieve their goals really inspires me, whether that be fat loss, building lean muscle or general fitness maintenance.

I love incorporating a mix of strength training, cardio, HIIT and core into my sessions to ensure a balanced but challenging workout for my clients.

After graduating from the University of Exeter in 2010, I spent a decade expanding my knowledge of health and fitness in order to better support my clients.

Having studied Sport Psychology as part of my degree, I have a comprehensive understanding of the human mind and specialise in goal setting, motivation and adherence to exercise.

I will listen to you to gain an understanding of your internal motivation prior to creating a plan.
