I have a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science and I am working towards my MSc in Strength and Conditioning.
With my experience in strength and conditioning training and coaching I have been able to work with regional and national level young athletes as a strength & conditioning coach.
I am also experienced in developing and improving strength gains. I increased my deadlift personal best from 190 kg to 230 kg in less than 12 weeks using my own self written program. I look to promote strategies in optimizing muscular growth and strength gains.
