After practicing martial arts for 10 years I was introduced to weight training. This led me into the journey of learning the fundamentals of strength training and nutrition. It was clear at that point that my true passion was within the health and fitness industry.

How can I help you improve your health?

I've had a passion for health and fitness for as long as I can remember. More recently into coaching basketball but my knowledge of Sports Specific Training was elevated from an early age having played National League Div 1 Basketball for six years. The insight into training and healthy nutritional values was unparalleled with the knowledge of some fantastic American Coaches. I then switched my focus of training to also help others. I get a real thrill everyday by seeing people I'm Training have a starting point to their training and achieving their goals.

How can I help you improve your health?

I specialise in postural correction, lean muscle tissue development, body fat reduction and strength improvements. I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness from an early age and decided to further my knowledge of studying exercise and sport science at Exeter University. During these 3 years my focus switched to wanting to help others increase their own knowledge on how to reach their fitness goals. Personal training is a career that rewards me every day and a passion that continues to grow daily.
