Swimming Lessons
At Nuffield Health we believe in wellbeing, with 113 heated swimming pools nationwide, and a range of lessons and pool-based activities including family splash and lane swimming, there are plenty of ways for you to keep fit and have fun in the water.
If you are looking for swimming lessons for yourself and/or your children, Nuffield Health are offering a 20% discount to staff on Group Swimming classes or 1-2-1 swimming lessons.

Who can use this benefit?
This benefit is available to employees only. Bank workers, self-employed workers, consultants and other workers on a Nuffield Health site who are not Nuffield Health employees are not eligible for this discount but can enjoy discounted membership of a Fitness & Wellbeing Centre.

Can my friends or family use this benefit?
Discounted sessions are an employee-only benefit but your friends and family are welcome to join our Fitness & Wellbeing Centres and access our swimming facilities that way.

Do I have to be a member of a Fitness & Wellbeing Centre in order to enjoy this benefit?
Yes, you do need to be a member in order to enjoy discounted swimming lessons or group swimming classes. If you have not signed up to your free Fitness & Wellbeing Centre membership, please visit the MyBenefits site in order to join.
