    • Signing up and logging in
      • I'm a gym member with a Nuffield Health account, do I still need to sign up?

        Yes, your Nuffield Health account is only for booking gym classes, personal training and physio, so you'll need to sign up for a separate Move Together account to make the most of our free classes in the community.

      • How do I sign up for Move Together?

        You can create a Move Together account via our website here.

        If you're 11 or 12 years old, please ask your parent or carer to complete the form for you. If you're 13 to 16 years old, you can enter your own details, but please let your parent or carer know that you're signing up. Your parent or carer can also sign you up on your behalf.

      • I’ve forgotten my log in details – what do I do?
        1. From the log in screen, click ‘Forgot password?’
        2. Enter your email and membership number – you can find this in the email we sent you when you signed up
        3. We'll then send you an email so you can create a new password.
      • Booking
        • How do I book a class?

          First you'll need to log in to your Move Together account and then follow the steps to book a class.

          If you haven’t got a Move Together account, you can set one up here and then log in to start booking.

        • How far in advance can I book a class?

          You can book a class up to eight weeks in advance.

        • Can I book a class for a friend?

          We would love a friend to come to a Move Together classes with you, but everyone needs their own account to book a class – so please ask them to get this set up.

        • How does the wait list work?

          If a class is full, you can join the wait list and we’ll email you if a space becomes available.

          If you no longer want to join the class, please log in to your account and cancel your space so that the next person on the wait list can have it.

        • How do I cancel a class?

          You can manage your booking through your Move Together account. Onced you've logged in, simply select the class you'd like to cancel and click ‘cancel’.

          You’ll then receive a confirmation email and text to confirm your class has been cancelled.

        • What if the class is cancelled?

          Occasionally we may need to cancel a class. If this happens, we’ll call you to let you know.

          You can expect to receive the call from the Nuffield Health gym nearest to the location of the class.

        • Will I receive any notifications?

          We’ll send you automated emails and texts to confirm you've booked or cancelled a class.
