Our commitment to you

  • We will respect your right to make up your own mind on what exercises you consider yourself physically and mentally able to do. That said, please think about your own abilities and make the right choice for you.
  • Our top priority is your safety. We'll make every effort to ensure that our equipment and facilities are in a safe and working order for you to use and enjoy.
  • We've taken all the necessary steps to make sure our Move Together trainers are qualified to our expert-led industry standards as set out by the register of exercise professionals.
  • Please let us know if you have a disability that would stop you from being able to participate in any of our classes fully. We want everyone to enjoy Move Together so we'll consider what adjustments, if any, we can make to accommodate you.

Your commitment to us

  • Don't try to exercise beyond your own physical and mental abilities.
  • If you have a medical condition (or are worried you might have one) that could prevent you from participating safely, please speak to your doctor for professional advice.
  • If there’s any equipment you're unsure how to use, please speak to one of our friendly Move Together trainers for a demonstration before attempting yourself.
  • Please make yourself aware of our rules, they’re there for your safety. Don't attempt any activities that are inappropriate for you as instructed by a medical professional or one of our expert trainers.
  • If you're feeling unwell at any point in the session, please speak to one of the trainers and they’ll be able to help.
  • If you have a disability, please follow your trainers' instructions to allow you to move safely.
