About
Mr Folaranmi is a Consultant Paediatric and Neonatal Surgeon at the University Hospital of Wales (UHW), Cardiff.
He is also an Honorary Lecturer at Cardiff University.
He specialises in general surgery of childhood, upper gastrointestinal conditions and minimally invasive surgery.
He qualified from Imperial College London Medical School in 2005 and undertook specialist paediatric surgical training in the Northwest of England. He completed an additional 18 months fellowship in Upper GI and laparoscopic surgery.
He is the lead for Paediatric Major Trauma at UHW and the Training Programme Director for Paediatric Surgery in South Wales
Mr Folaranmi is only able to see children at Nuffield Health from 3 years +.
