About
Dr Padma Manda is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Reproductive Medicine and Surgery Specialist. She holds a private gynaecology practice at Nuffield Health Tees Hospital and is a full-time NHS Consultant at South Tees NHS Trust.
She has vast experience in the management of heavy menstrual bleeding, painful periods, pelvic pain, premenstrual symptoms, Polycystic Ovaries (PCOS) along with management of menopausal symptoms, including prescribing HRT. She is an expert in the management of early pregnancy problems including recurrent miscarriages. Dr Manda also offers contraceptive services including sterilisation.
Dr Manda is a confident laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeon specialising in the surgical management of gynaecological conditions such as endometrial ablation, endometrial polyps, fibroids, ovarian cysts, tubal diseases, pelvic and intrauterine adhesions and uterine septum.
As a Reproductive Medicine specialist, Dr Manda offers assessment for couples/individuals with fertility problems. She has expertise in methods of assisted conception including in vitro fertilisation (IVF), Intracytoplasmic sperm injection, intra uterine insemination (IUI), Ovulation Induction, fertility treatment using donor sperm (Please note Nuffield Health can offer fertility-related consultations, however treatment for assisted conception is undertaken at James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough.
