In a challenging London neighbourhood, a local community centre and an encounter with an ex-footballer paved the way for a successful career and a mission to empower young girls through fitness.
About Move Together
Move Together is our free weekly fitness class for girls aged 11–16 yrs that helps to address some of the many barriers that girls face when it comes to taking part in physical activity.
Taking a holistic approach, classes encompass both physical and mental components of wellbeing and aim a fun and inclusive environment
