Terms and conditions

Members can refer up to 12 people. For each successful referral, the referring member will receive one-month free membership. The referred member must be at least 18 years of age and join on a 12-month contract to be eligible. The referred member must join in the promotional period: 16 July 2026 to 16 August 2026 inclusive. A successful Direct Debit payment or an annual upfront payment must be collected from the new member before any reward is issued. The existing members reward will be applied as a credit to the member’s account (no cash alternative available). Reward processing times may vary and cannot be paused or redeemed at a later date if a membership is cancelled. The referring member must not be in debt or serving their notice period, and must have been an active member for at least 30 days, with at least one successful Direct Debit having been collected. If referring a former member, that individual must have no outstanding debt on their account. Nuffield Health reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify these offers at any time without prior notice and with no liability.
