We are open six days a week, with early morning and evening slots available from 8am to 8pm on weekdays. We also offer Saturday morning appointments from 8am to 12pm and can provide same-day consultations.
We welcome patients of all ages, and you don’t need to be registered with us or live locally to see one of our doctors.
Consultation costs
- An initial private GP appointment is 30 minutes and costs £120
- Follow-up private GP appointments are 20 minutes and cost £90
- Extended 1-hour appointments are £240
- Non-attendance fee is £50
- For medicals and vaccinations, please email our secretary to confirm the fee
- Any medicine required will be prescribed on a private prescription – you'll pay the cost of the drug plus a small dispensing fee
- Any additional tests or scans, such as blood tests or MRIs, will have a separate charge.

Do I need to be registered or live locally?No. We welcome all patients, whether for a single appointment or for ongoing care. You do not need to register with us, and your NHS GP will not be affected.

How long is a standard appointment?Our standard appointments are 20 minutes, which is typically longer than a routine NHS appointment. This gives you the time to discuss your health concerns in detail. Please enquire with our team if you need a longer appointment.

Can you issue prescriptions?Yes. Our GPs can issue private prescriptions, which you can take to any pharmacy. For your convenience, we also have an on-site pharmacy at Parkside Hospital where you can get your medication immediately.

Do you see children?Yes, our private GPs are experienced in treating patients of all ages, including children and infants.

What about health insurance?Most private health insurance policies do not cover GP consultations. Our service is designed to be self-funding. However, if your GP refers you for diagnostic tests or to a specialist, your insurance may cover that part of your care. Please check with your provider.
