Choosing the right treatment

Every course of therapy begins with an initial discussion where you will talk to a mental health professional who will help you decide the best support for you. You can tailor your treatment options as your needs change. Best of all, you don't have to wait to get started, we can have your initial assessment scheduled within 48 hours.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a proven effective short term therapy – with an appropriately qualified and accredited therapist – designed to help you enhance how you think, act and feel in relation to all sorts of physical and emotional problems you experience.

Guided online therapy

Suitable for anyone with less severe emotional needs who still wants professional support. You’ll receive personalised and motivational feedback to guide you through the programme. After the course finishes you will have continued unsupported access for the remainder of the 12 month period.

Self-guided online therapy

A suite of online self help programmes, each covering specific topics. Topics include anxiety, depression, coping with stress, health anxiety, panic, phobia, sleep, money worries, resilience, mindfulness and coping with long term physical conditions. You will have 12 months unlimited access to the programme.

£49 for 12 months, completing modules at your own pace in the license period.
