Mr Katsimihas practices as a Consultant Spine Surgeon at North Bristol NHS trust, at Southmead Hospital. He qualified from Liverpool Medical School and completed his Orthopaedic and Spine surgery training in Bristol and London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Hospital London Ontario, Canada where he ordained a certificate of completion of spine fellowship awarded by the University of Western Ontario. He also completed an MSc in Orthopaedic Engineering at the University of Cardiff.
His special interests are in degenerative spinal conditions of the whole spine including deformity, complex cervical conditions, sciatica, back pain, trauma, tumours and infections in adults.
