What equipment do you have?

We have a large selection of cardio machines, free weights, resistance machines and functional equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, VIPR’s, battle ropes etc. We also have a bouldering wall, boxing zone, lifting platform, sprint track and powerplate.

Yes, our gym and studios are fully air-conditioned.

I’ve never done an exercise class before. Will the instructor help me?

Yes of course, all of our classes are for all abilities. You will get all the support needed with our experienced and friendly instructors. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for your class to set up equipment and secure a place. Before the start of the class, the instructor will ask if there are any newcomers, or if anyone has any injuries, so that he or she can assist you.

How big are your classes?

Most classes take up to 16 people – this means the classes don’t feel overcrowded but still have a motivating atmosphere. Take a look at the wide range of classes we offer and try one out.

Do I need to book classes in advance?

Will somebody show me how to use the equipment?
