Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

We can offer expertise in upper limb and hand rehabilitation, pain management programmes and post-surgical recovery. Many of our therapists are also trained in pilates, acupuncture and joint manipulation, carrying out thorough biomechanical assessments to enhance and optimize function.

We provide comprehensive assessments and treatments tailored to your exact needs. Your Physio will look at your medical history and carry out a thorough physical examination to determine the best course of action.

How can I help you improve your health?

Alex qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013 and has worked in a variety of locations across the UK and Nepal. One particular highlight was working at the 2017 World Athletics Championships.

Alex has experience treating most musculoskeletal disorders and has a special interest in treating running and tendon-related injuries. He will use a range of treatment options including developing a tailored exercise programme to help you recover fully.

When he’s not at work, Alex can be found running, hiking or climbing in the highlands.

Caitlin has worked as a physiotherapist in various public and private healthcare roles in both Scotland and New Zealand. Her qualifications include BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and Level 3 Diploma Sports Massage Therapy.

Caitlin is a huge advocate for exercise-based rehabilitation and supporting lifestyle changes to address overall health. She has a particular interest in neck and upper limb injuries, running related injuries and concussion. Her compassionate and holistic approach to rehab aims to guide you through a recovery plan that is specific to you and your lifestyle/personality.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys travelling, trail running, Pilates, cold water swimming and hiking/camping (depending on the weather).

Andy is a New Zealand trained musculoskeletal based physiotherapist with a real passion for biomechanics, improving functional movement and working with sports related injuries.

Andy has recently worked with Cricket Scotland and Watsonians rugby club. Graduating in 2002, Andy has successfully combined a physiotherapy career with his other passion, Cricket, having a successful professional cricket playing career spanning 13 years and playing for the NZ Black Caps from 2010 – 2012.
