Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

We can offer expertise in upper limb and hand rehabilitation, pain management programmes and post-surgical recovery. Many of our therapists are also trained in pilates, acupuncture and joint manipulation, carrying out thorough biomechanical assessments to enhance and optimize function.

We provide comprehensive assessments and treatments tailored to your exact needs. Your Physio will look at your medical history and carry out a thorough physical examination to determine the best course of action.

How can I help you improve your health?

Roisin has gained extensive experience within Nuffield; the NHS and as a rugby physio. She is now challenging herself with an MSc in Musculoskeletal Medicine. Roisin has a special interest in sports injuries and the treatment of headaches.

Roisin likes to use her skills in exercise therapy and manual therapy within her treatment plans. She is also a fully qualified acupuncturist and teaches Clinical Pilates.

Andy is a New Zealand trained musculoskeletal based physiotherapist with a real passion for biomechanics, improving functional movement and working with sports related injuries.

Andy has recently worked with Cricket Scotland and Watsonians rugby club. Graduating in 2002, Andy has successfully combined a physiotherapy career with his other passion, Cricket, having a successful professional cricket playing career spanning 13 years and playing for the NZ Black Caps from 2010 – 2012.

How can I help you improve your health?

I’ve been a physiotherapist since 2000. I worked in the NHS for 5 years, covering areas such as spinal injuries, neurology, respiratory and orthopaedics in both hospital and outpatient settings. I then worked as an MSK physiotherapist for the MOD for 10 years, working closely with injured soldiers to get them back to full health.

An interesting fact: Very keen road cyclist and swimmer, who also loves music and dancing!
