She has been there herself. Azra was stuck in a job she didn't like. No time to move and making poor lifestyle choices. So she found a gym and a personal trainer and loved what she achieved so much that she re-trained to become a PT and now she is looking to help you. She will help you understand that the weights aren't intimidating. They are inspirational. You'll get stronger and fitter faster.

He provided the communities of Orkney with health and nutrition advice for 4 years before he joined us here at Nuffield Health Edinburgh. Utilising his degree, he can adapt his workouts to the specific needs of the individual. He has trained with novice gym users and high level athletes and understands what adaptations are required to fulfil the specific needs of each and every client.
