She has been there herself. Azra was stuck in a job she didn't like. No time to move and making poor lifestyle choices. So she found a gym and a personal trainer and loved what she achieved so much that she re-trained to become a PT and now she is looking to help you. She will help you understand that the weights aren't intimidating. They are inspirational. You'll get stronger and fitter faster.

How can I help you improve your health?

He has trained a huge array of clients with different fitness needs and health implications. He provided the communities of Orkney with health and nutrition advice for 4 years before he joined us here at Nuffield Health Edinburgh. Utilising his degree, he can adapt his workouts to the specific needs of the individual. He has trained with novice gym users and high level athletes and understands what adaptations are required to fulfil the specific needs of each and every client.

How can I help you improve your health?

He is a specialist in assisting clients who are either looking for rehabilitation from minor injury or are looking to prevent an existing injury from returning. Also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist he has a skill set that isn't limited to the gym floor. He can provide sports massage therapy treatments alongside personal training to ensure you overcome the niggles that are holding you back.

He has been working as a Personal Trainer since he was 18, moving to Edinburgh in 2015 to pursue what he loves doing most. He quickly shone in his role and became a Health Mentor for Nuffield Health.  With an openminded appreciation of a variety of training methods Jordan can adapt his sessions to fit the needs of his clients.
