So she found a gym and a personal trainer and loved what she achieved so much that she re-trained to become a PT and now she is looking to help you. She will help you understand that the weights aren't intimidating. They are inspirational. You'll get stronger and fitter faster.

She will help you to create realistic and achievable goals through different training techniques such as functional training and HIIT training while helping you increase your knowledge and understanding of your own exercise needs. If you are looking to improve your lifting technique or gain more confidence in lifting, she is always happy to help.

A footballer in the SWPL with a real passion for health & fitness, Katie offers a personal service that is tailored to your specific needs, whether it be sporting events or general fitness- Katie will provide you with the motivation and support you require to help you achieve your goals. She will make sure you are equipped with the tools and ability to work confidently with the equipment in the gym and give you an individualised exercise programme to keep you on track!

Through extensive programming that will be provided to you via an app, nutrition advice, and weekly 1-1 sessions you will be guided step by step to reach your goals.

Xenia is highly experienced in working with clients suffering from a range of medical conditions (including diabetes, arthritis, CV conditions, stroke and cancer rehab). Working closely with physiotherapists xenia is able to assist her clients with the rehab / pre-hab of the body, in order to help improve client's overall wellbeing. She is also highly experienced in working with pre and post-post natal clients.
