Nuffy Bear Nurseries key workers terms and conditions

Offer of free child places are available at all Nuffy Bear Day Nurseries, subject to availability
During these exceptional circumstances, our nursery opening hours will be limited to 8.30am- 4.30pm
A new joiner declaration will need to be signed by all parents / carers of new joiners, supported by a Key Worker letter from their employer, to evidence the entitlement of the nursery place during the COVID-19 pandemic and to validate their Key Worker status
Offer available from 30th March 2020 and will be reassessed from 8th May 2020 (or earlier dependent on Government advice). Standard nursery fees will be applied once our settings are open for normal trading. Please ask locally for our standard fees
Nuffy Bear Day Nurseries will endeavour to make places available for any Key Workers children post COVID-19 pandemic, but only up to the maximum numbers allowed for the given nursery, so a place in the next funding term cannot be guaranteed. We will of course endeavour to offer as many places as we possibly can
Funding for new joiners of Key Workers children during the pandemic will not be sought from the Local Authority, therefore the cost of care will be taken by Nuffield Health
Nuffy Bear Day Nurseries may accept Local Authority bonuses where offered to enable our locations to remain open and will continue to receive our existing Government Early Years funding through the COVID-19 pandemic in order to sustain the business.
