Finn's knowledge and caring nature go hand in hand. His passion and attention to detail are second to none. Having come up through the ranks his work ethic transfers into his presentation of his PT sessions. With a passion for strength and conditioning, weight loss and multi-functional training Finn has helped many of our members of all shapes, sizes and abilities to get to fitness and strength levels they never thought they could, whilst keeping exercise fun and exciting.

Bill is a highly knowledgable PT, with a passion for sports specific, functional training and nutrition. He believes that the best medicine both mentally and physically is activity. From walking, competing, playing any type of sport or simply wanting to be fit and strong enough to play in the garden with the little ones he has the tools to help you become a healthier happier human.

After going through her own journey after starting a family, Holly put her trust in a Nuffield Health PT. The effects and results it had on her physical and mental strength caused her to want to do the same for all who are struggling with general life, deciding to change her career - she is now one of the leading PT's in the business. Not only through her passion, her incredible knowledge of health and wellbeing or her caring nature but also that she has been through it all herself.
