What should you expect from a Cycle class?
One of the many great things about a Cycle class is that it is fully adaptable to your individual fitness level. The class is not a competition between participants (unless you want it to be), so listen to your body and adjust the resistance on your bike accordingly.

Do I need to be fit to take a Cycle class?
People of all ages and of varying fitness can benefit from Cycle classes. You are able to go at your own pace by controlling the resistance on your Spinner® bike. Taking part in a Cycle class is a great way to get fit and reach your personal fitness goals. However if you do have high levels of fitness a Cycle class can also be a challenging workout for you too.
What makes Cycle different from other group exercises?
There are no complicated moves you need to learn with a Cycle session unlike many other dance based sessions.
Regardless of how fit or coordinated (or in some cases uncoordinated) you are, you'll receive a great workout. Just hop on one of our bikes, set the necessary resistance to a suitable level and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride.
Also expect great music to accompany your workout as well as motivational instructors to help you through when things start to become more difficult.
