Come and learn how to swim in a safe and fun environment with our Swim England-qualified swimming instructors here in Chingford.

  • Our junior lessons are available for children 5 years and older
  • Children's lessons available Tuesday and Thursday between 15:30 - 17:30 and Saturdays between 12:00 - 17:00 
  • Stages 1-10 and also 1-2-1 children sessions available
  • Group children lessons available from £11 per session (from 3 years)
  • Adult 1-1 swim lessons available on request
  • Swim England Swimfit classes available to members as group training to improve swimming fitness
