With 17 years of industry experience, I have the tools needed to offer a bespoke service customised to my clients' needs. Each of us has different anatomy, experiences, goals, preferences and motivations; it is my job to discover what methods work best for you.
My primary expertise is the development of muscular size and strength, whilst maintaining and improving joint health and function. I attain this through my knowledge of both exercise and muscle mechanics, paired with decades of training and programming experience.
