I am a highly qualified Personal Trainer with a degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. My areas of specialisation include sports conditioning, health and weight management, sports conditioning, Triathlon and Marathon training. I have a passion for helping clients achieve their personal best.

Alistair is an expert in helping people return to the gym or your favourite sport after an injury that has set you back.

His speciality is functional movement screen and Corrective exercise to rebalance the body, improve posture, reduce chance of injury and improve performance in the gym or the sports you love doing.

Alistair will help you reach your goals, no matter what the challenge. Muscle building, fat loss, strength and conditioning, nutrition, learning the big lifts and balance training.

Jamie is a highly experienced and diverse personal trainer. A boxer for 20 years, Jamie adds high intensity to his training programmes and gets his clients fighting fit and lean. With a keen eye and focus on nutrition and encyclopaedic knowledge of exercise, Jamie is bale to help his clients lose fat and build their aerobic fitness at the same time.
Jamie has worked with the team at Brondesbury Park for over 10 years and is one of the Senior figures within our Fitness team.

How can I help you improve your health?

Anthony has been in the fitness industry now for over 10 years but has been immersed in health and fitness his whole life. Receiving awards across a range of sports namely basketball, football and athletics, his passion for sports lead him to complete a level 3 National Diploma in sport development, coaching and fitness (2009). 

Anthony continued to enhance his studies at Wrexham University in Wales where he was awarded BSc (Honours) in Sport and Exercise Science. Shortly after this, Anthony went on to complete his Post-Graduate Masters qualification in Sport Rehabilitation at Middlesex University whilst actively helping clients achieve their personal goals. Applying advanced knowledge and the latest research on theory and practice within exercise and sport, Anthony guarantees results whilst keeping health and fitness fun and rewarding.
