How can I help you improve your health?
Caoimhe graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin in 2009. Since then, she has combined her work with her love of travelling. She has worked in Singapore, Dublin and London, with a wide variety of clients including: athletes, post-operative patients, servicemen, people with work-related injuries, those keen to start a more active lifestyle and chronic pain. She has completed training in acupuncture, STOTT Pilates (matwork) and the Pink Ribbon Pilates programme for rehabilitation post breast cancer.
Caoimhe’s special areas of interest are lower limb injuries, shoulder rehabilitation, and spinal pain. She is currently studying to further her knowledge into women’s health and Physiotherapy for women pre/post pregnancy. Being a keen sports woman herself Caoimhe understands the importance of team work – either in the sporting setting or between clinician and client. It is this teamwork that helps her to identify specific goals with each client, and strive to achieve these meaningful goals. She uses a combination of treatments to help achieve this, including exercise therapy, education, hands-on therapies, and acupuncture and activity modifications.
