Mr Andrew Sizer is a Consultant Gynaecologist at Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust.
He originates from East Anglia, but completed basic medical and specialist training in Cardiff, most recently working as a Lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Cardiff University.
He trained in Reproductive Medicine/Assisted Reproduction under the supervision of Mrs Sheila Walker (who ran the first NHS IVF clinic in the UK) and Professor Robert Shaw (former President of the RCOG). Mr Sizer carried out research into male infertility, completing his MD in 2002.
He has extensive experience of Assisted Reproductive treatments (IVF, ICSI, intrauterine insemination, donor insemination and donor eggs).
Particular areas of interest are endometriosis, recurrent miscarriage and gynaecological ultrasound.
Mr Sizer is happy to take referrals in all aspects of infertility as well as gynaecology.
Appointment cancellation policy - 48 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel your appointment otherwise a charge of 50% of the cost of the consultation will be charged. This also applies to no show's.
