Day:

  1. Jog, 10 mins
  2. Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANCE
  3. Brisk walk 20 mins
  4. Jog 10 mins + Pushups: 10, Squats: 15, Lunges: 15
  5. Brisk walk 20 mins
  6. Cycle 5km
  7. Swim 10 lengths
  8. Brisk walk 20 mins
  9. Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANCE
  10. Pushups: 10, Squats: 15, Lunges: 15
  11. Jog 15 mins
  12. Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANCE
  13. Brisk walk 30 mins
  14. Jog 15 mins + Pushups: 20, Squats: 30, Lunges: 30
  15. Brisk walk 30 mins
  16. Cycle 10km
  17. Swim 20 lengths
  18. Brisk walk 30 mins
  19. Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANCE
  20. Pushups: 20, Squats: 30, Lunges: 30
  21. Jog 20 mins + Express class
  22. Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANC E
  23. Brisk walk 40 mins
  24. Jog 20 mins + Pushups: 30, Squats: 45, Lunges: 45
  25. Brisk walk 40 mins
  26. Cycle 20km
  27. Swim 30 lengths
  28. Brisk walk 40 mins
  29. Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANCE
  30. Pushups: 30, Squats: 45, Lunges: 45
