This is the beginner thirty day fitness challenge, if you want a more challenging calendar, try our Intermediate or Advanced variations.
Day:
- Jog, 10 mins
- Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANCE
- Brisk walk 20 mins
- Jog 10 mins + Pushups: 10, Squats: 15, Lunges: 15
- Brisk walk 20 mins
- Cycle 5km
- Swim 10 lengths or repeat your favourite session from days 1-6
- Brisk walk 20 mins
- Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANCE
- Pushups: 10, Squats: 15, Lunges: 15
- Jog 15 mins
- Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANCE
- Brisk walk 30 mins
- Jog 15 mins + Pushups: 20, Squats: 30, Lunges: 30
- Brisk walk 30 mins
- Cycle 10km
- Swim 20 lengths or repeat your favourite session from days 8-16
- Brisk walk 30 mins
- Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANCE
- Pushups: 20, Squats: 30, Lunges: 30
- Jog 20 mins + Express class
- Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANC E
- Brisk walk 40 mins
- Jog 20 mins + Pushups: 30, Squats: 45, Lunges: 45
- Brisk walk 40 mins
- Cycle 20km
- Swim 30 lengths or repeat your favourite session from days 18-26
- Brisk walk 40 mins
- Class: Yoga, pilates or BODYBALANCE
- Pushups: 30, Squats: 45, Lunges: 45
