Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How can I help you improve your health?

Adam completed a degree in Sport & Exercise Science before gaining a BSc (Hons.) in Physiotherapy at the University of Salford in 2003. He went on to work in a variety of settings within the NHS and private sector before joining Nuffield Health in 2010. He has undertaken extensive post graduate training in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, pain science, strength & conditioning, gait analysis and ergonomics. He is currently working towards an MSc. in Advanced Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Adam is experienced in assessing and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including orthopaedic problems, back & neck pain, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, persistent pain conditions and occupational health issues. He has a specific interest in lower limb joint conditions such as osteoarthritis as well as running-related overuse injuries.

Adam is a member of Trafford Athletics Club and regularly competes over 200 and 400 metres. As well as participating, he also has many years’ experience as a sprints and strength coach for amateur track & field athletes.
