Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How can I help you improve your health?

Adam completed a degree in Sport & Exercise Science before gaining a BSc (Hons.) in Physiotherapy at the University of Salford in 2003. He went on to work in a variety of settings within the NHS and private sector before joining Nuffield Health in 2010. He has undertaken extensive post graduate training in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, pain science, strength & conditioning, gait analysis and ergonomics. He is currently working towards an MSc. in Advanced Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Adam is experienced in assessing and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including orthopaedic problems, back & neck pain, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, persistent pain conditions and occupational health issues. He has a specific interest in lower limb joint conditions such as osteoarthritis as well as running-related overuse injuries.

Adam is a member of Trafford Athletics Club and regularly competes over 200 and 400 metres. As well as participating, he also has many years’ experience as a sprints and strength coach for amateur track & field athletes.

Tricia has extensive musculoskeletal experience, completed a masters degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and has worked as a physiotherapist for over 15 years. 

Within this time, she has developed a very keen interest in Pelvic Health and has developed skills and knowledge within this specialist area. Tricia offers Pelvic Health appointments to assess and treat common conditioning such as bladder incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related pain and postnatal problems and rehabilitation. Tricia has also completed APPI Clinical Pilates training which allows her to instruct Pilates classes to assist self-management and will be offering clinical Pilates for postnatal and groups in the near future.

Tricia prides herself on approaching her work with empathy, sensitivity and respect with the aim of empowering her patients to feel that they can take control and meet their goals.
