I understand that everybody is different, preferences vary from person to person and that your journey is specific to you. Struggling with excess weight in my teens and adult years, going from super skinny to putting 4 dress sizes back on, I know about the challenges of trying to make a change.  It took me years to understand that it all starts in the mind and that the body will follow. Exercise should empower and strengthen you from within. That is exactly what it does for me, and this is what I would like to share with you. Using my extensive knowledge of functional training, strength & conditioning and body-sculpting, I will create a program tailored to meet your personal goals, whether they are to become a healthier and fitter version of yourself, or just to feel better every day.

How can i help you improve your health?

I believe that regular training, good nutrition and commitment are the key factors for a balanced and healthy lifestyle. My goal is to help you achieve yours by emphasising my programs on functional training, strength training and high intensity training. I have a wide knowledge of training in small groups, as well as one-to-one, with a variety of equipment including Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainer, free weights and body weight exercises.

A big believer in balance; I want to help you to integrate exercise into your everyday life and to enjoy it. By making changes that are sustainable and using a fun and fresh approach, I hope to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for health and fitness to motivate you towards your goals. Hi, I’m Harry, and as a martial arts athlete I have experienced, and understand the discipline, training and determination required to get results, and its hard!

I honestly believe our health is such an important thing be in control of for both athletes and the average Joe. Good health greatly improves our energy levels, decreases stress levels, gives you that feel good factor and overall allows you to live a much better quality of life.

When you train with me, I will share with you the knowledge and understanding I’ve personally gained from my 3-year Sports and Exercise Science degree with Loughborough University. I will apply my theoretical and practical knowledge to tailor you a sustainable and fun program, to provide you with a sure-fire route to realising any health and fitness goals you have.

My own personal gym journey started 6 years ago, I had always been overweight and at my heaviest I was 146KGS (23stone) With the correct training, will power and determination I managed to lose 43kgs (6 stone). Life can throw many challenges too us all and the gym really did become my greatest therapy session, whilst losing weight and completely changing my body shape and confidence, it really was a “Win Win”.

I know the gym can appear daunting and if your stepping into the gym for the very first time I should imagine your stepping outside of your comfort zone which can be equally daunting even if you’re an existing member, the gym floor can seem a mind field with lots of How’s, If’s and maybe’s.
