How can I help you improve your health?

I understand that everybody is different, preferences vary from person to person and that your journey is specific to you. Struggling with excess weight in my teens and adult years, going from super skinny to putting 4 dress sizes back on, I know about the challenges of trying to make a change.  It took me years to understand that it all starts in the mind and that the body will follow. Exercise should empower and strengthen you from within. That is exactly what it does for me, and this is what I would like to share with you. Using my extensive knowledge of functional training, strength & conditioning and body-sculpting, I will create a program tailored to meet your personal goals, whether they are to become a healthier and fitter version of yourself, or just to feel better every day.

With a background in the British Military Fitness and after having spent some time serving in the Royal Marines, I have learnt a lot about what works and what doesn’t when it comes to transformations. I know that sometimes maintaining motivation can be a challenge and that’s why I’m here to make sure you put in the blood, sweat and tears necessary to get the results you are deserve. How can I help you improve your health?

After training for the past eight years I found a love for exercise as it drastically changed my life for the better and I believe it is key in helping to maintain everyone’s mental and physical health for all of the challenges that life presents.

I studied in undergraduate and Master’s acting degrees that required a deep analysis of movement and the nature of tension on the body. I gained an understanding of the necessity of strength, endurance, flexibility and rest for optimal wellbeing and function - fundamentals that tend to be ignored in our hectic lives. Since graduating from my Master’s degree I refined my
knowledge on an intensive personal training and instructing course in order to help you get started on your journey to accomplish a better quality of life.

It is my approach to understand you and your goals, establish them clearly and tailor sustainable and fun programs to challenge you to make them a reality, in order to know how strong you really are you must keep testing your limits.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have always had a passion for fitness and love helping people reach their goals. I have helped people in weight loss, general fitness and strength training. I also have extensive knowledge in bodyweight training, combining strength and power through functional and isometric training.

With a big sporting background, I have helped people in various ways to get better through different forms of training. I have played American Football, Boxing and Football. While I played American Football, I assisted in helping the team with strength and conditioning, bettering their performance on the pitch.

Exercising is such an important part of life and I understand that it doesn't come easy. It might be tough at the start of your journey, but I will be there guiding you from strength to strength. I love seeing progress in clients and making dreams a reality. My goal as a personal trainer is to empower my clients and nurture the change they desire.
