How can i help you improve your health?

Kyle has been in the sports and fitness industry all his life. He loves to bring what he has learnt over the years in boxing and 100m athletics because he knows that people want to be the best they can be but they also want to experience and learn new and interesting things. Kyle boxed as a youngster for 3 years with his father who was 3 times British and European champion. After he stopped he started 100m athletics and was Yorkshire champion, aiming for the 2012 Olympics. Unfortunately injuries stopped that from happening. Kyle has worked a lot on bodyweight exercises and stretching techniques with previous clients. Kyle believes that you should start from the ground up and body weight exercises are the best way to really tighten up your core and maintain posture.  Most people bypass stretching which is one of the most important factors in physical activity.

Gurmeet is a dedicated Personal Trainer who is very committed to helping others reach their health and fitness goals. His passion and positive attitude is what allows him to have a great working relationship with his clients.
As a food & nutrition graduate, currently studying his master’s degree to practice as a registered Nutritionist, Gurmeet has extensive knowledge and experience working in weight management. Gurmeet says that nutrition can be a very confusing for many people and a lot of the general public is commonly unaware of what the right foods to eat are and what impact they have on our bodies and therefore thinks he can greatly help his clients with developing their understanding around diet and helping them to lead a healthier lifestyle. He believes he has the ability to transform any client through what he has learnt and is keen to put this into practice.

Since then she has always been involved in the fitness industry and it became her goal to become a personal trainer.  In her role as a wellbeing personal trainer, Harriet passionately aims to encourage and support her clients towards their own individual achievements, be it reaching a new goal or mastering a new skill. I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who understands the importance of assessing clients as individuals, focusing on their personal requirements and goals when designing tailor made fitness programs. I believe that education is just as important as participation, and applies this belief to my training methods. To achieve your goal, you must first be able to understand it. I am constantly trying, testing and researching new training and nutrition modalities…but know the old originals are sometimes the best! Since qualifying from my national sports diploma and reps level 3 personal training, I have trained a diverse range of clients, helping them to achieve their full potential through educating, empowering and supporting them through their personal fitness and health journey. I strive to make sure my sessions are interesting and challenging. My main goal is that each client leaves feeling motived, energised and with a sense of accomplishment. It is my passion for sport which inevitably led me into the fitness industry. I have played sports from a young age playing county level in football, badminton and tennis. Playing sport to a high level has to give me the understanding and knowledge of what it takes to dedicate yourself to hitting the goals that you want to achieve.
