How can I help you improve your health?
Following completion of my PhD in Psychology and a 5-year career in investment banking, I am now passionate about my role as a Personal Trainer. I love to use and apply my varied life experience to work collaboratively with clients of all backgrounds. My personal interest is in resistance based training for shape, strength and health. I firmly believe that this approach to achieving results personally and for my clients is the most manageable, beneficial and maintainable.
It is important for me to be totally transparent with clients and I spend time to educate them on the importance of factors outside of the gym such as daily activity and nutrition, helping them to build healthy habits. Once we have these under control it is much more attainable to then see real, impactful results in the gym.
I have also completed additional Nutritional certification with the Royal Society for Public Health as well as currently studying Strength and Conditioning at an advanced Level 4.
