I have extensive knowledge in the disciplines of Sport and Exercise Science from my studies at Loughborough University which underpins health and well-being. I incorporate the principles of Physiology, Biochemistry and Nutrition into my programmes to optimise clients’ progress through evidence based practise. I specialise in barbell resistance training to improve strength and body composition such as fat loss and muscle growth. However, my training style will always be tailored to compliment individual client goals.

I specialise in corrective exercises for muscular injuries and have worked with a broad number of challenging conditions over the years. I have a passion for working holistically with people and balancing both physical and psychological wellbeing. Currently, I am studying to become a stress Management Consultant and look forward to adding this skill set into Nuffield's already integrative approach to wellbeing.
