How can I help you improve your health?

Having coached at grass root level right through to training competitive athletes, I understand the different goals, pressures and lifestyles different clients may have. This allows me to tailor training to each individual, regardless of past experience, and make it a fun and enjoyable experience with the client's needs at the forefront. My goal is to not only train, motivate and help clients reach their goals, but also educate them along the way. I give clients the tools to succeed, provide them with support and  the ability to take their training into their own hands.

My qualifications

  • REPS/CIMMSPA Level 3 Personal Trainer

Wellbeing Personal Trainer

How can I help you improve your health?

Having discovered a love of fitness later in life than most, I am a strong believer that anyone can achieve their goals in health and fitness. I began my fitness journey as respite from the physical and mental pressure of caring for my husband who was ill, and from a busy home life with children’s exams and grandchildren as well. I went on to train as a Personal Trainer because I am passionate about helping others to achieve their goal. I believe the key is to find the exercise that you enjoy rather than push you to do things that you hate or dread. Hopefully this will change the standard perceived idea that exercise is functional torture.
